Promote simplification and facilitate self-service, customer-first convenience, with a 'human touch' approach, eliminating inefficient, non-value branch activities. Leverage local customer base, with tailored customer engagement, incl. via MS teams, phone, branch visit. Support efficient prioritisation of workloads and resources to deliver key objectives, including product specific initiatives.
