About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Consultant adept at serving as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, both internally and with our esteemed clients. Your role involves articulating HiredScore's technology seamlessly and aligning it with clients' current HR Tech Stack. You'll be pivotal in presenting our technology, devising solutions for client obstacles, and addressing their queries and requirements with assurance and efficiency.

  • Act as the professional source for all HiredScore integration through the project implementation including pre-sales, Sales & Post-sale for new and existing clients
  • Deep technical understanding of all relevant systems integrated with HiredScore (e.g. ATS, CRM, HCM, etc.)
  • Client-facing - Including presenting and explaining our technology, integration, IT, Security architecture, and Answering formal questionnaires (including Infosec, RFP, Data Privacy Evaluation, etc.)
  • Working with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environment and requirements.
  • Leading improvements and Enabling our sales and engineering process (via tools, processes, and other initiatives), Creating documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting material for internal and client usage
  • Configuration and testing of HiredScore integration on the client systems while addressing client-specific challenges

About You
Basic Qualifications:

  • Motivation, innovation, passion, integrity, independent, self-starter, teamwork, customer-focus.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical or project implementation management
  • Experience with external client-facing global enterprise
  • Must have experience implementing SaaS / have worked in a software delivery environment of large-scale projects
  • Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently; adjust to shifting priorities, Identify and solve technical and operational issues during implementation
  • Experience with configuration tools and ability to fulfill technical tasks
  • Strong analytical skills, thorough understanding, and capability to interpret client business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Ability to professionally engage with diverse stakeholders - executives, managers and users
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced process-focused environment, adept at problem-solving under pressure

Other Qualifications:

  • Design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions for customers.

What skills are we looking for?

Our roles are remotely based (even pre-Covid), meaning you will be working from your home office, connecting with your client and team on a daily basis.

To be successful in this type of environment, you will need to have the ability to communicate effectively (in English) with cross-functional teams, explain complex concepts in easy, understandable terms, align HR / business knowledge with Workday functionality, and proactively drive process improvements. Must have Skills Required

The Global Business Solutions Ingestion Analyst is responsible for executing the data ingestion strategy for Commercial Underwriting Products internationally. The role will work with CUO Office, Underwrriting Business Leaders and Data Management office to onboard and support data feeds.

Responsibilities

  • Work with CUO office and Underwriting Business leaders to understand the current state of data ingestion.
  • Own the identification of gaps in data being sent to AIG by external partners and work with Underwriting partners to resolve.
  • Perform source to target mapping of Bordereau files identifying key data points from a Data Feed and translating those into an AIG standard.
  • Work with Data Management Office and Underwriting Stakeholders to establish method of booking Bordereau files.
  • Perform root cause analysis of premium booking errors and own the process of resolving errors.
  • Work with external partners to analyze and identify resolutions to premium booking issues.
  • Proactively track receipt of data feeds and ensure any missing files are received.
  • Identify trends with premium booking and implement remediation plans.
  • Work with Premium Collections partners to address any issues with booked premiums.
  • Provide updates and status of any premium related errors to Operations and Business partners.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of commercial underwriting processes, premium booking and best practices associated with each.
  • Collaborates and influences cross-functionally both internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, to drive change.
  • Must be proactive in managing issues by anticipating the outcome of the process and ensuring all necessary steps have been taken.
  • Proven ability to navigate through an organization to "get things done".
  • Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Global Business Solutions Ingestion Analyst

The Global Business Solutions Ingestion Analyst is responsible for executing the data ingestion strategy for Commercial Underwriting Products internationally. The role will work with CUO Office, Underwrriting Business Leaders and Data Management office to onboard and support data feeds.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with CUO office and Underwriting Business leaders to understand the current state of data ingestion.
  • Own the identification of gaps in data being sent to AIG by external partners and work with Underwriting partners to resolve.
  • Perform source to target mapping of Bordereau files identifying key data points from a Data Feed and translating those into an AIG standard.
  • Work with Data Management Office and Underwriting Stakeholders to establish method of booking Bordereau files.
  • Perform root cause analysis of premium booking errors and own the process of resolving errors.
  • Work with external partners to analyze and identify resolutions to premium booking issues.
  • Proactively track receipt of data feeds and ensure any missing files are received.
  • Identify trends with premium booking and implement remediation plans.
  • Work with Premium Collections partners to address any issues with booked premiums.
  • Provide updates and status of any premium related errors to Operations and Business partners.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of commercial underwriting processes, premium booking and best practices associated with each.
  • Collaborates and influences cross-functionally both internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, to drive change.
  • Must be proactive in managing issues by anticipating the outcome of the process and ensuring all necessary steps have been taken.
  • Proven ability to navigate through an organization to "get things done".
  • Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and thorough with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Ability to influence and partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on Transformation and Continuous Improvement vision and objectives

  • Strong AI Business Solutions technical experience and knowledge, especially on Business Applications

+ Understand competitive market insights, provide thought leadership to challenge business leads around new business opportunities and growth roadmap landscape.
+ Delivers results through tracking performance, report accuracy, and partnering with business leaders to ensure execution of plans and accountability for results. Manages the rhythm of the business for area of responsibility including monthly close, recurring business review preparation, and future looking views.
