What is the role about?

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with extensive integration experience to help ensure our clients are utilizing the best possible Workday solutions.

• Design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions for customers.
• Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management.
• Provide guidance to clients or service partners on integration strategies.
• Manage the integration deliverables associated with implementation projects.
• Facilitate troubleshooting and communication with other internal team members.
• Manage small teams on multiple projects simultaneously and mentor/coach the teams on Integration best practices.
• Engage where appropriate in the sales cycle to help scope integration projects.
• Serve as primary technical contact during client implementations for existing and new clients.
• Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs.
• Develop and execute test plans, manage scenario testing and validation of file solutions.
• Manage the setup, analysis, validation and integration of partner data exchanges.
• Coordinate cross functional implementation tasks. create and manage to project plans. assist in develop project scope documentation.

As a VR consultant, you will have the flexibility to manage your own day, as long as you meet your set objectives and client demands. Often your team will be a mix of on-site and remote based members who will connect using IM, video calls and an online ticketing system. Good communication skills and time management is essential for this role.

What skills are we looking for?

Our roles are remotely based (even pre-Covid), meaning you will be working from your home office, connecting with your client and team on a daily basis.

To be successful in this type of environment, you will need to have the ability to communicate effectively (in English) with cross-functional teams, explain complex concepts in easy, understandable terms, align HR / business knowledge with Workday functionality, and proactively drive process improvements. You will need to be comfortable with video calls and be proactive in keeping communication channels open with your client and team.

Must have Skills Required

• Min of 3+ years of Workday Integrations experience.
• 3 years of combined experience developing and delivering technical solutions in a corporate environment.
• 3+ years of experience in the application of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware);
• Experience leading Integration design, and Process alignment
• Experience in designer and developer related roles with demonstrated ability to deliver coded integration work to a production environment;
• Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality;
• Proven Experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint;
• Proven ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams including business users and other technology teams;
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;

• Workday Integration Certification is a plus

About The Role

• Act as the expert source for all HiredScore integration through the Project implementation, including Pre-sales, Sales, and Post-sale for new and existing clients.

About You
Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years as a Technical Consultant or similar role working with large enterprises.
• Practical integration background with a good understanding of web architecture and integration systems, including working with industry third-party tools.
• Strong presentation skills to engage clients throughout the integration as part of the project implementation lifecycle, adapting to audience needs and handling ad-hoc requests professionally.
• Strong verbal and written professional technical communication skills.
• Great teamwork ability - working with many different teams (Product/R&D/Sales/Delivery).
• Ability to create great relationships with the client teams.

The Global Business Solutions Ingestion Analyst is responsible for executing the data ingestion strategy for Commercial Underwriting Products internationally. The role will work with CUO Office, Underwrriting Business Leaders and Data Management office to onboard and support data feeds.

• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)
• People management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers
• Good understanding of the CEMA region and customers

• You will lead your team to deliver customer objectives and Microsoft business targets. Lead them through change using the Demonstrated Capabilities framework and deliver positive Customer Satisfaction, and coach them to become trusted advisors to customers and partners, by leveraging AI Business Applications expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes.
• You will coach the team to understand customer objectives and how Unified accelerates value realization and guide team to drive positive Customer Satisfaction and share feedback/insights from customers/partners.
• You will model our culture and values by leading your team through change, creating a clear understanding of business model and role changes, and coaching your team to contribute to the success of others. Foster a positive team culture by setting clear expectations and providing guidance to help your team achieve success.
• You will care for your team by engaging in skills and capability discussions, understanding each team member's unique talents, and building a skill mix that aligns with business goals and the aspirations of team members.
• You will coach your team in developing and expanding impactful relationships, focusing on customer experience, and defining conditions for success and lead your team in focusing on customer experience and success by driving efficient delivery, accelerating Support coverage, and developing strategies to improve experience and value realization and engage in technical strategy, innovation, and customer experience discussions with customer leadership teams/Senior Leaders at the appropriate technical depth.
• You will analyze and understand the mix of your customers and industries to build a team that meets the demands of the customer and project portfolio and drives expansion of our Solutions and Support business and create clarity by defining practice strategy and objectives and communicating them effectively to your team, integrating the Support, Consumption and Usage aspects of your practice.
• You will manage your team's performance against business measures and delivery excellence expectations for your portfolio of customers and projects, applying a data-driven approach to your prioritisation and decision-making.
• You will lead your team in identifying technology and industry-specific trends, gathering insights, and mapping solutions that deliver value-driven business outcomes.
• You will lead, coach and hold your team accountable for delivering Customer value and creating expansion opportunities by applying their deep knowledge of Microsoft products, Solutions and Support and coach your team to understand the Support Catalogand how to leverage the offerings.
• You will leverage the breadth of your technical experience and knowledge in foundational AI Business Solutions, foundational AI, architecture design, with depth Subject Matter Expertise in Business Applications to deliver the end-to-end AI Business Solutions story for Microsoft.

What We're Looking For
Sales-Driven and Results-Oriented
You have a strong sales mindset, are motivated by outcomes, and know how to pitch the Microsoft Modern Work suite to partners and customers to drive adoption and close deals.

Proven Microsoft Sales Experience
You've successfully sold Microsoft products before - ideally in Modern Work or AI—and know how to position their value to partners and customers.

Microsoft 365 Know-How
You're familiar with Microsoft 365 and Copilot and ideally have advanced knowledge of the suite.

Experience In The Tech Ecosystem
You've worked at a technology vendor or in a similar environment and understand how the Microsoft partner ecosystem operates.

Fluent Communicator
You
speak and write both German and English fluently
, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with partners and stakeholders across DACH and within our international team.
Fluency in French is a plus
, and would be beneficial when engaging with our French-speaking colleagues and clients.

Certified or Ready to Be
You either hold Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-900, MS-700) or are ready to complete them within your first two months.
