Role/Department: Northern Trust is seeking an experienced Insider Threat Intelligence/Counter-Intelligence Analyst to join our Security Operations team. In this role, you will lead our insider-threat intelligence operations to proactively collect intelligence on nation-state insider threat activities and drive operations to identify potential insider threat activities to Northern Trust. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of nation-state espionage and cyber espionage activities and will be responsible for leading insider threat investigations. The key responsibilities of the role include: The successful candidate will benefit from having: Identify Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR's) for state-sponsored espionage and insider threat activities. Collects, analyzes, and processes intelligence reporting on state-sponsored intelligence operations targeting the US and Global Financial Sector. Lead development of the Insider Monitoring program. Collaborate across organizations, to include with Insider Hunting, Cyber Threat Hunting, and Insider Risk teams. Engage with government partners and intelligence-sharing organizations. Support Insider Hunter and Threat hunting operations to identify potential Insider Threat techniques, tactics, and procedures (TTP's) Support Purple Team operations to emulate nation-state insider threat TTP's Support Detection Engineering to tune security controls and detections for Insider Threat activity. Supporting technical investigations and collaborates with the Insider Hunter team to identify malicious/risky behaviors to be escalated. Skills/Qualifications Proven experience in cybersecurity and/or the US Intelligence Community, preferably in Foreign Intelligence Operations, Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Cyber Espionage, and Counter-intelligence operations. Initiate and carry insider threat investigations end-to-end. Strong understanding of Nation-state Insider threat activities, their TTP's, plans, intentions, and motivations. Understanding of Nation-State Offensive Cyber Operations Understanding of Supply-Chain risks, particularly vendors and technology attributed to nation-state intelligence activities. Ability to drive new and complex insider intelligence projects to completion. Communicates and presents findings to various stakeholders and consumers, to include Senior executives. **Introduction**
Join our IBM Corporate Security team as a Senior Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst, and play a critical role in protecting IBM's people, assets, and innovation. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting internal investigations, collaborating with digital investigators, and embedding OSINT into early warning and enterprise risk programs. You are responsible for collecting and analyzing publicly available information to support sensitive internal investigations, including misconduct, insider activity, and conflict of interest cases. You will also use your technical expertise and analytical skills to develop assessments and provide actionable intelligence to investigations, insider threat, counterintelligence, strategic intelligence, and other proactive risk management programs.
**Your role and responsibilities**
You will conduct global end-to-end OSINT investigations, with focus on timely conclusion of investigations, including clear, concise documentation of investigative findings while ensuring investigations are conducted professionally and to a high standard with discretion and non-attributable manner. You will apply tactical and operational intelligence thinking and stay ahead of emerging threats using cutting-edge technologies like generative AI and other IBM technologies to the speed, depth, and scalability of investigations and intelligence production, while maintaining awareness of evolving internal and external threat trends and adapting intelligence and investigative strategies accordingly. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of new investigative and intelligence capabilities and shape the future of our security programs.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in OSINT and online research, with demonstrated contributions to internal investigations, insider threat, counterintelligence, strategic intelligence, or security incidents.
* Proven experience supporting and working alongside cross-functional investigative, legal or compliance functions to deliver integrated investigative outcomes.
* Experience with OSINT tools and techniques, including advanced internet-based research and entity link analysis tools (e.g., Maltego).
* Proficiency in using and applying Generative AI tools and techniques.
* Analyze open source and internal data to identify trends, patterns, and insights using data visualization and other analytical techniques.
* Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
* Ability to think programmatically and design scalable workflows and frameworks to improve team efficiency, processes, and programs.
* Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.
* Collaborative with good project management and organization skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal, written and analytical communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information accurately, clearly and quickly to senior leaders and non-technical audience. High level of integrity and experience working with sensitive material.
* Dedication to continuous professional development.
* Self-starter, curious, with strong ability to work independently and an excellent team player.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Competencies in additional foreign languages is a plus.
* Demonstrated experience in conceptualising and implementing new programs.
* Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python).
* Understanding of networking concepts and digital forensics.
* Familiarity with threat intelligence frameworks and standards (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK).
* OSINT, Intelligence and Cybersecurity-related certifications are a plus.
* Experience in investigations, trust & safety, or compliance-led environment.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Bringing subject matter expertise and experience in running the model, system and business operational components of our Enterprise Customer Risk Assessment and List Management functions for the Bank
+ This role will also help to specify the requirement for, and oversee the modernisation and enhancement of our CRA/LM technology, , and incorporate automation in the FIU-Detection functions and processes that support those functions
+ This job is responsible for managing, supporting, and executing our regulatory remediation efforts related to CRA/LM across all the regions including BAU processes and execution, remediation tracking, action plan closure documentation, and automation design and development
+ The role will be partnering across the Bank and Enterprise with key stakeholders and executives within the First Line Units and Regional Teams.

Role Mission: Provide operational support for global pharmacovigilance activities related to Grifols' investigational and marketed products. Ensure high-quality pharmacovigilance deliverables that comply with global regulatory reporting timelines. Manage project implementation and execution of safety systems, including ongoing business support and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as a key liaison with IT system administrators to validate and test system changes, ensuring compliance and alignment with business needs.
**What your responsibilities will be**
+ Lead and coordinate safety data analysis for aggregate reports preparation, signal management and ad hoc requests.
+ Support drug safety systems through business administration tasks, including database configuration updates, submission rules management and testing with regulatory authorities.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert in delivering and evaluating cost-effective, sustainable solutions that meet business requirements.
+ Manage documentation related to PV systems and applications, including SOPs, WPs, user requirements, functional/ technical specifications and process flow diagrams.
+ Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and support the integration of new applications within the PV team.
+ Collect, prioritize and plan system improvements based on user feedback, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
+ Act as the primary PV contact for IT-related PV projects.
+ Drive Innovation through AI in Pharmacovigilance: Stay at the forefront of artificial intelligence advancements to identify and evaluate innovative technologies and processes that can enhance pharmacovigilance operations. This includes proactively assessing AI-driven tools and methodologies to improve signal detection, case processing, data analysis and regulatory compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally to pilot and implement solutions that increase efficiency, accuracy, and strategic value in safety monitoring.
**Who you are**

+ You have knowledge of E2b (R2) and E2b (R3) and to be familiarity with medical terminology, MedDRA, WhoDrug are a plus.
+ You speak fluent Spanish and English.
+ You are proven self-starter with strong work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgment.
+ You must be proactive, results oriented and have strong attention to detail.
+ Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions on a routine basis.
