  • Courage first, confidence later: You stay calm under pressure and earn confidence by doing.
  • Growth Mindset: You're here to learn, improve, and help us grow too.

Some of the things you'll be doing:

  • Jump in to support projects across different teams, from operations to team events to marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate logistics and keep schedules, materials, & communications up to date.
  • Help with on-the-ground support for initiatives (e.g. launches, restaurant needs).
  • Maintain internal tools, calendars, and trackers so everyone stays aligned.
  • Gather data and feedback to help inform decisions and measure results.
  • Help with preparing reports, presentations, and updates for the team.
  • Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to keep things moving.
  • Step in where needed — this is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves role.

Why You'll Love It

  • Full-time, paid internship, great perks and benefits
  • 1-6 months long, with potential for permanent role for brilliant candidates
  • Work closely with a supportive, ambitious team (including the founders)
  • Learn how a growing Irish brand operates across multiple functions
  • Free lunch every day you work, plus 50% off Sprout for you + 3 friends
  • Extra supports like Bike to Work scheme, Web Doctor and Employee Assistance Programme
