**Position Summary:**
The purpose of this role is to support the manufacturing / Packaging operation by receiving Raw materials, Frozen Human Plasma & Products from vendors. Preparing materials to supply the manufacturing / Packaging operations. Those activities are to be conducted in compliance with GMP/GDP regulations. While adhering to all site specific standard operation procedures & Policies.
**What will you be doing?**
+ Unload Inspect materials / products received from Vendors. This will include ambient, chilled & -30⁰c trucks.
+ Perform all relevant transactions in SAP & SGP
+ Physically locate material & products into the warehouse's Ambient, Chilled & -30⁰c using manual handling equipment & RF Terminals
+ Prepare all packaging components/products for the Manufacturing using SAP & in accordance with BOM
+ Prepare Frozen Plasma shipments for outbound delivery
+ Load frozen trucks with Plasma
+ Working in -30⁰c for periods of time
+ Basic error handling on automatic warehouse
+ Ensure all materials are stored and handled in a compliant manner to effectively protect against damage, loss and/or shrinkage
+ Conduct and/or assist in physical inventory counts
+ Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and working areas at all time to ensure compliance to site policies and GMP/GDP
+ Conduct daily / pre shift inspection on material handling equipment
+ Participate in / prepare for internal & external audits.
+ Participate in training as required both onsite & off-site
+ Working in different departments when required
+ Any other duties assigned by Supervisor / Manager
**Who will you be?**
+ Demonstrated ability to inspire high performance in others and align team members around shared goals
+ Experience managing and handling pallet equipment (forklifts, stackeretc)
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
+ Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Must be flexible with working hours / shifts in order to accommodate the 24 hour, 7 day plant operation.
_Physical Requirements_
+ Ability to lift /move up to 50 pounds.
+ Ability to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
+ Manual dexterity to perform all job functions.
+ Exposure to -30°C ,Ambient, chilled temperatures

Your Key Responsibilities Supporting the planning and management of client projects throughout all phases of project delivery

Proven experience in leading design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client's industry and business requirements

Designing and configuring appropriate best practice solutions to meet client requirements

Producing key project deliverables including design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials, etc.

Integration testing as required, and supporting other testing activities such as UAT or performance testing

Solutioning using design accelerators such as SAP's Enterprise Management Layer (EML) or EY's Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use on client engagements

  • A third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or relevant experience related to the position
7+ years' experience in SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) implementations, with a minimum of 2 years' specifically in a consulting capacity for internal or external clients

Knowledge of end-to-end process touch points covering both upstream and downstream integrations to SAP Materials Management, including the key benefits and implementation scenarios.

Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios

Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach

Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior-level clients

Ideally, you'll also have

SAP Ariba experience is also desired but not essential.

As a Supply Chain Graduate, you will rotate across three key areas -Demand planning , Supply Planning, and Launch - gaining a comprehensive view of supply chain management in the pharmaceutical sector. **What you will do**
+ **Demand Planning rotation** - Learn how to manage demand related activities at site level. Gain exposure to demand product management and Kinaxis system.
+ **Supply rotation** - Experience flow of product across the supply chain network with and outside site. Experience scheduling management to meet patient needs and achieve customer service targets.
+ **Launch rotation** - Contribute to product launches into new markets, including new pack sizes. Learn the specific challenges of introducing products in a highly regulated industry.
+ Work with core systems such as **SAP** (ERP/MRP) and supporting web-based tools for manufacturing, quality, and content management.
+ Collaborate with multiple teams on site - planning, manufacturing, quality - and develop the ability to bring people along with you in cross-functional projects.

The Supply Chain Department is concerned with formulation and execution of strategies to build and support an efficient and globally integrated supply chain for new and existing products. The Supply Chain Co-Ordinator will support Planning, Warehouse and Master Data activities and provide ongoing administrative, coordination and planning support within Supply Chain. The Supply Chain Co-Ordinator will work directly with Operations, Purchasing & Supplier Management, programme Management, Quality, Global Supply Planning and Customers with a strong emphasis on customer service.
Responsibilities:
+ Engage with NPI project teams to manage all materials through the approval process in a timely manner.
+ Create and maintain material and vendor records in Supply Chain Business Systems DSP and SAP.
+ Collaborate closely with Global Supply Planning, Site Planning team and Warehouse to manage shipments and ensure supply requirements are met.
+ Lead Material Review Board for the site to ensure timely disposition of materials and emdo management.
+ Execute & monitor weekly & monthly metrics for the SC Dept.
+ Ensure planning parameters on SAP are accurately maintained and up to date.
+ Preparing data & analysis for monthly S&OP cycle
+ Undertake projects in Supply Chain department.
+ Adhere to and support all EHS & E and Quality standards, procedures and policies.
Ownership/Accountability:
+ This position has a direct impact on AbbVie's ability to maintain continuity of supply of products and to launch new products. The person must ensure that materials are set up in a compliant and timely manner to support production schedules and on-going assurance of supply.
+ Informs site management about issues requiring attention or improvement.
+ Is results driven contributing to the achievement of the business' financial and strategic goals.
+ Adheres to and follows all procedures, policies and guidelines ensuring compliance with cGMP and HPRA/FDA regulations, trade compliance and customs regulations.
+ Demonstrates a high level of integrity and strong business ethics.
Influence/Leadership
+ The nature of the role requires extensive interaction with colleagues across the business. The person must build strong collaborative relationships to ensure objectives are delivered.
+ May be required to lead Cross Functional Teams, Change Plan teams and cost improvement projects.
Qualifications
What you will need:
+ Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain or engineering.
+ A bachelor's degree or equivalent in an appropriate Technical or Business Discipline
+ Skilled in the extraction of data from systems, its analysis and conversion into useful management information.
+ Experience using MRP/ERP systems, especially SAP.
+ Proficiency in Excel.
+ Experience working in international cross-functional teams.
+ Strong communication skills
