POSITION SUMMARY
KKR is seeking to hire a Vice President level role working to join our Global Wealth Investor Relations team from our Dublin office.
The hire will work closely with the Global Head of Wealth Investor Relations and our Transfer Agency Oversight and Fund Governance team within Client Operations, assisting in the oversight of our democratized product suite ("K-Series") and general governance of our products and vehicles. This role will focus on supporting the governance, oversight, and lifecycle management of alternative investment products, including interval funds, tender offer funds, Luxembourg UCI Part II offerings, operating company private offerings, and other registered alternative vehicles. The Product Manager will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and effective cross-functional coordination across investment, legal, compliance, operations, distribution, and fund administration teams.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
A successful candidate typically will have between five and eight years of industry experience working with registered products in the alternative investment space.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fund Governance & Oversight
- Support the governance framework for alternative offerings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., 1940 Act, SEC rules) and internal policies.
- Manage governance processes, including preparation of Board and committee materials, agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action items.
- Monitor adherence to fund policies, guidelines, service provider, and platform partnership agreements.
- Product Management & Support
- Serve as a key liaison across internal teams (legal, compliance, operations, risk, investment teams, distribution) and external partners (custodians, administrators, auditors).
- Support new product launches, share class additions, and structural changes by coordinating functional workstreams and ensuring readiness.
- Oversee ongoing fund operations, including valuations, liquidity events, expense management, and shareholder communications.
- Regulatory & Risk Management
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments affecting alternative funds and provide guidance on their implications.
- Coordinate regulatory filings (prospectus updates, shareholder reports, board reporting) in partnership with legal and compliance teams.
- Support risk management initiatives by identifying operational or governance gaps and recommending process enhancements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a central point of contact for fund-related issues, escalating as necessary and driving resolution.
- Partner with distribution teams to ensure product positioning aligns with governance and operational capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between senior leadership, board members, and stakeholders.

Your Role:
- Build and maintain client relationships and act as their primary Investor Relations client relationship manager and an escalation point for their interaction with the team.
- Proactively manage the team's daily workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met and controls are adhered to.

Qualifications
About You:
- Degree qualified (preferably in a discipline relevant to Financial Services).
- 6+ years' experience of which three must be in an Investor Relations or similar environment within a Hedge Fund Administrator.
- 3 years in a senior administrator/supervisory role.

- Ensure that investor reporting and client reporting is accurate and distributed in a timely manner.
- Fully implement the CFS Global IR policies, procedures and best-practice guidelines.
- Liaise internally with the AML team, Treasury team, Fund Accounting teams, Compliance Officer and Internal Auditor.
- Represent the team at IR management meetings and assist with agenda preparation and minute taking.
- Chair bi-weekly team meetings to relay operational updates and discuss IR initiatives.
- Represent Investor Relations at on-site visits with clients and auditors.
- Propose and develop department-wide operational improvements in consultation with the other IR managers.
- Provide continuous coaching to team members on operational issues ensuring that system enhancements and process changes are implemented correctly and effectively.
- Conduct Interviews and participate in the selection process of new staff.
- Conduct performance appraisals for team members.
About You:
- Degree qualified (preferably in a discipline relevant to Financial Services).
- 6+ years' experience of which three must be in an Investor Relations or similar environment within a Hedge Fund Administrator.
- 3 years in a senior administrator/supervisory role.

POSITION SUMMARY
KKR is seeking to hire for a Manager / Senior Manager level role working alongside the EMEA GWS team, based in the Dublin office. The hire will work closely with the International Head of Wealth IR within the Client Operations team, assisting in the onboarding and maintenance of existing and new client relationships. As part of the role, the hire will help in the implementation and refinement of onboarding procedures, ensuring best in class client experience.
The hire will also work closely with the GWS relationship management team in EMEA, supporting distribution of all KKR's K-Series investment strategies to intermediaries serving the wealth market across Europe and the Middle East. Intermediaries include all major wealth platforms, private banks, insurance companies with retail distribution, independent wealth managers and multi-family offices. The hire will have an opportunity to develop both client relationships and product expertise in a variety of alternative asset classes, including private equity, infrastructure, real estate, private and liquid credit strategies. The hire will work on tasks including presentations, meeting preparation, marketing support, platform onboarding and end to end client servicing. The hire will act as a gateway for global product teams to access information on the European client base, and will interact regularly with multiple stakeholders across KKR.

A successful candidate typically will have 3 - 5 years of industry experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Head of International Wealth IR to ensure our platform partner and client experience (pre and post sales) is seamless
- Work closely with GWS EMEA Sales team through managing onboarding processes for new clients and responding to ad hoc prospective and existing investor queries
- Assist in the overall formalizing and institutionalizing of the client experience across both closed-ended and open-ended fund offerings; encouraged to help execute ways to improve efficiency and information flow
- Help create and continually improve upon external client reporting templates, focusing on standardization across our democratized product suite and helping to ensure consistency across GWS business units in the Americas, EMEA and APAC
