**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Lead standard Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review & Retrospective) for assigned teams.
- Collaborate with agile development teams to refine the backlog, optimize estimation, and improve work decomposition.
- Coach and educate Product Owners, Executives, Stakeholders, and Teams on Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Work with business partners to define and document business and technical requirements for data and analytics projects.
- Document data flows and data mapping from source systems into analytic platforms.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to support data science solutioning efforts.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies with relevant stakeholders and assist with QA of features.
- Own issue and risk management for your projects, solving problems and removing impediments.
- Establish and track execution metrics to optimize delivery.
- Support PMO/CoS groups in delivering industry best practices for governance.
- Leverage strong presentation and communication skills to engage all levels of the global organization.

**Required Qualifications:**
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with workflow management tools (e.g., Rally, Jira).
- Considerable project experience in an Agile development environment.
- Agile certification (e.g., scrum.org or equivalent).
- Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity.
- Requirements analysis and documentation experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with MS suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- Ability to balance multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts and SQL querying experience.
- Experience working on data and analytics-based projects.
- Understanding of Snowflake and cloud data components.
- Healthcare / Pharmacy experience.

We are currently recruiting for aRecruitment Consultant to join our tribe based in TTMs Ennis HQ, with flexible working from home options after an initial period. We are looking for an experienced professional who is a self-starter, ambitious and has experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and networking Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service Achieve sales targets, objectives and weekly KPIs as set by division manager Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline candidate sourcing, compliance, and onboarding processes. Manage and update candidate and client records meticulously within the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy. Deliver timely and insightful sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management. Coordinating with clients and internal teams to understand daily and weekly shift demands and efficiently allocate candidates to appropriate shifts based on availability, qualifications, and client needs. Monitor and report on shift fill rates, candidate attendance, and client satisfaction metrics to management for continuous service improvement. The Ideal Candidate 1 - 2 years experience in a sales role. Clerical or administrative experience will also be taken into consideration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven Ability to travel nationwide as required (mileage reimbursement). Access to own transport will be required as well as a full drivers licence So What makes us different?
