The role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Privileged Access Management Consultant to join our dedicated cybersecurity practice. As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for our clients. You will play a crucial role in securing their most critical infrastructure by leveraging the full capabilities of industry leading platforms and ensuring their seamless integration with modern identity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery on PAM projects, from initial scoping and architecture design to deployment, hypercare and handover into post-implementation support.
- Design, implement, and support robust CyberArk PAM solutions for our diverse client base.
- Develop and manage the integration of CyberArk with common Identity Providers (IdPs) and Identity Access Management (IAM) systems, particularly Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Provide expert-level consultation to clients on PAM best practices, strategy, and security posture improvement.
- As part of our resolver group, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the CyberArk environment when escalated to.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, operational guides, and support procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Current and valid CyberArk Defender and Sentry certifications are mandatory for this role.
- Demonstrable, in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the core CyberArk product suite (e.g., Enterprise Password Vault, Privileged Session Manager, Privileged Threat Analytics, Central Policy Manager, Privileged Vault Web Access).
- Proven experience in integrating CyberArk with IAM platforms, specifically Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- A strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts, principles, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*The Desirable *
- Experience with modern components of the CyberArk Identity Security Platform, such as CyberArk Identity (SSO/MFA), Cloud Entitlements Manager (CEM), or Conjur.
- Hands-on experience with other leading enterprise PAM platforms, such as Delinea (Thycotic, Centrify), BeyondTrust, or Keeper Security.
- Knowledge of cloud-native and DevOps secrets management tools, particularly HashiCorp Vault and Microsoft Entra Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and integration.
- Additional industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or cloud-specific security certifications.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced
SAP CRM Consultant
to join our dynamic IT Service Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for the CRM areas of SAP systems that support critical business functions. You will collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders for day-to-day operations and projects.
Your responsibilities:
- Attending requirements workshops and assisting business in blueprint phase.
- Identify and suggest possible process improvement opportunities through CRM 7.0.
- Preparing functional specifications.
- Completing system configuration.
- Liaise closely with ABAP team during build phase.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems.
- Preparing and managing all elements of testing.
- Work alongside delivery leads and architects to Identify and manage risks.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Advanced knowledge of Contract Management, Sales, Campaigns, Marketing, Products in CRM 7.0.
- Must be able to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of CRM / ISU integration.
- Worked on more than one CRM 7 / ISU projects.
- Must have gone through all phases of a project life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, documentation creation and training.
- A solid technical background with excellent ABAP debugging skills is a must.
- Knowledge of CRM BOL / GENIL concepts and OO programming concepts used in SAP CRM 7.0.
- Comprehensive knowledge of CRM ISU Data Model.
- BSP configuration and design skills are vital.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Knowledge of capabilities provided in CRM Ehp2 would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in the following specific areas is desirable:
- A solid technical background with excellent ABAP debugging skills
- OpenText Streamserve
- Testing (HP Quality Centre 11.0 Enterprise)
- Experience with SMART projects and/or AMI/MDMS experience.
- Experience of working on large SAP projects.
- Experience of all phases of project lifecycle.
