The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in Network Infrastructure Operations and a commitment to technical excellence in the biotechnology industry. Additionally, collaboration with cross-functional and global teams is required to ensure seamless integration and operational stability. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with core networking technologies (LAN/WAN/Data Center/Load balancers), Cisco routing and switching equipment, F5 load balancing solutions, and Infoblox DNS/DHCP platforms. This role demands attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to deliver high-quality results in a matrixed organizational structure. Please note, this is an onsite role based in Hyderabad.
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
+ Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure systems
+ Configure and administer Cisco routing and switching equipment
+ Manage F5 load balancers to ensure application availability and performance
+ Administer Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP address management systems
+ Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement appropriate solutions
+ Perform regular network maintenance and planned upgrades
+ Monitor network performance and conduct capacity planning
+ Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures
+ Implement network security measures and best practices
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
**Basic Qualifications and Experience:**
+ Master's degree with 2+ years of experience in Network Operations, OR
+ Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in Network Operations, OR
+ Diploma with 5+ years of experience in Network Operations, OR
**Functional Skills:**
**Must-Have Skills:**
+ Previous, or current, CCNP certification (required)
+ Proven experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies (required)
+ Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining F5 load balancers (required)
+ Proficiency with Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions (required)
+ Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, etc.)
+ Experience with network security concepts and implementation
**Good-to-Have Skills:**
+ CCIE certification
+ Experience with SD-WAN solutions
+ Knowledge of automation tools and scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.)
+ Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
+ Experience with network monitoring tools
+ Knowledge of ITIL practices
+ Experience with DevOps, S/W development and scripting
+ Experience with Software-Defined Networking (SD-WAN)
+ Familiarity with network orchestration platforms
+ Good knowledge of industry tools
**Professional Certifications:**
+ CCNP certification (previous or current) (mandatory)

As a key member of the Technology and Innovation team, you will drive the development and support of technologies used in our manufacturing operations. This role will collaborate with business owners, vendors, and delivery teams to implement cutting-edge technologies that directly impact how we get products to every patient.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the **design and integration** of the Manufacturing Information & Technology ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
+ Champion **Werum** **PAS|X MES (Level 2 Integration)** with automation systems to enable seamless data flow and real-time operational insight.
+ Configure and maintain **OPC (OLE for Process Control)** connectivity and troubleshoot integration issues between systems.
+ Manage and support **OSI PI Historian** implementation for process data collection, trending, and reporting.
+ **Business partner with Direct Manufacturing, Automation, and Manufacturing Support** teams to identify needs and co-develop digital solutions.
+ Own the **technology roadmap** for manufacturing systems, ensuring long-term scalability, security, and compliance.
+ Collaborate with service owners and platform teams to maintain operational systems and ensure compliance with **cybersecurity controls** .
+ Partner with business units to develop **use cases, user stories, and functional requirements** and design and deliver **Proof-of-Concept** **s** **(POC)**
+ Support **regulatory inspections and internal audits;** ensure audit-readiness through documentation, change management, and validation support.
+ Lead or support **deviation investigations, reactive support, and root cause analysis (RCA)** using structured methodologies.
+ Facilitate **communication and presentations across cross-functional teams** , from technical peers to senior leadership.
+ Stay updated with **industry trends** , fostering knowledge-sharing and external networking to bring innovation into practice.
+ Ensure adherence to **21 CFR Part 11, CSV, SDLC** , and other relevant regulatory and quality frameworks.

+ 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with 5+ years in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
+ Proficiency with Manufacturing Execution Systems (e.g., PAS|X) and data historians (e.g., OSI PI)
+ Experience with OPC setup, SQL, web services, messaging, and data mapping for system integration
+ Familiarity with GxP, change control, validation documentation, and audit processes
