POSITION OVERVIEW:  

Reporting to the VP of Managed Services, the Director of Managed Services is instrumental in improving the quality of EOS' Managed Services offerings and driving retention, expansion, and new business additions to the division. The ideal candidate will have historic hands-on experience within Managed Services and have progressed into a strong business manager and leader. They will be actively involved in all aspects of managed services, from operations to client program planning, development, execution, proposal building, and billing.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO:  

  • Implement the Managed Services strategy set out by the business.  
  • Provide strategic leadership, oversight, and management for a high-performing Service Delivery & Program Manager team focused on IT Asset Management, Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • Set strategic and tactical priorities that align with broader business objectives.  
  • Effectively collaborate with clients to develop accounts and services, exceeding the client’s expectations while working within the agreement of the current scope of work.  
  • Hold and lead periodic service reviews and QBRs with internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Develop plans and strategies to improve performance, reliability, and operational cost-effectiveness.  
  • Demonstrate integrity without compromise, Respect, Commitment to Service Excellence, Collaboration & Agility.  
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio, ensuring EOS delivers investment value for our clients.  
  • Participate in RFI and RFQ discussions and submissions, drafting and executing Service Proposals where required.  
  • Collaborating with EOS Human Resources on all personnel issues or questions  
  • Attract and retain talent for the organization through ongoing investment in our people and their career development.  

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:  

  • Must have 10+ years’ progressive experience within a managed service, Supply Chain, logistics and IT Asset Management  
  • 5 to 10 years of previous management experience leading high-performance teams. Proven leader with experience in presenting to executive-level client stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience in automating and innovating processes
  • Proactive and data-driven.
  • Enthusiasm, high energy, and quality focus
  • Ability to demonstrate high integrity levels and manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Self-motivation and ability to take responsibility in an autonomous environment.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong experience in developing teams and implementing effective performance management mechanisms.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Proven track record in ensuring that an efficient service exceeds expected customer expectations.
