Role & Responsibilities
Transitional Leadership:

• Lead the handover of waste management responsibilities from the construction contractor to Indaver during the commissioning phase.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition.

Waste Flow Management:

• Manage and coordinate all waste movements on-site during the commissioning phase.
• Oversee the development and implementation of waste stream processes, including line item reviews with relevant stakeholders
• Set up and optimize waste flow collection points across the DS2 facility to support efficient and compliant waste segregation and disposal.

Operational Readiness:

• Lead the review of waste flows through the DS2 facility and assess impacts on other site areas.
• Conduct an Operational Readiness review of all waste facilities associated with DS2, in collaboration with Pfizer EHS. Compliance & Standards:
• Ensure all waste management activities meet regulatory and environmental compliance standards.
• Maintain documentation and reporting in line with corporate and legal requirements. Stakeholder Engagement:
• Liaise with project teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies to align waste management strategies.
• Participate in scheduled meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.

Experience and Qualifications Required

• Proven experience in waste management within industrial or construction environments.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance standards.
• Project management experience, particularly in transitional or commissioning phases.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.

The Opportunity

You will hold clinical governance for the work of 2 play therapists who will receive clinical supervision externally. You will provide therapy inputs to families, school teachers and school principals in the form of group sessions and workshops. You will be directly involved with the implementation, and monitoring of therapy interventions aimed at supporting children and their families. You will work in the context of a broad programme of school supports such as those provided by NEPS and Department of Education & Science to ensure alignment and consistency with their policies and procedures.
