This role will see you working on business-critical applications, developing new solutions, optimising existing systems, and supporting end users with high-quality, user-focused services.
Key Responsibilities *Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).
*Integrate Power Apps with external data sources (Dataverse, Share Point, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, third-party applications).
*Build automation workflows with Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop.
*Develop and maintain Power Apps components, custom connectors, and UI enhancements.
*Troubleshoot, optimise, and provide 3rd-level support for Power Apps and RPA solutions.
*Collaborate with business users, analysts, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
*Ensure governance, compliance, and security best practices across the Power Platform environment.
*Maintain solution documentation (architecture, infrastructure, service desk runbooks).
*Deliver training, guidance, and support to colleagues and end users on Power Apps and automation solutions.
*Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and recommend innovative improvements.
Requirements: *46 years professional experience in applications development (intermediate level).
*Level 8 qualification (or equivalent) with computing/computational modules.
*Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps).
*Proficiency in Power Automate (Flows & Desktop) for process automation.
*Experience with Dataverse, Share Point, SQL Server, and Dynamics 365.
*Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management).
*Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
*Understanding of security models, user roles, and permissions within Power Platform.
*Skills in Java Script, JSON, HTML, CSS for UI customisation.
*Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
*Experience with RPA tools (Ui Path, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is an advantage.
