Consult and Collaborate with Clients on their Business Needs
- Engage and lead stakeholder workshops and sessions to identify and confirm business requirements, and translate these into functional IT requirements.
- Liaise with clients to document business processes, data, and system requirements.
- Assist in supporting stakeholders on strategic data-driven decisions and communicate insights effectively

- Advise and design development of data quality improvement solutions
- Lead extract, transform, and load (ETL) activities e.g. build csv data files and packages for load into systems (IBM Maximo).

- Document the flow of data and processes in solution design, and the data that supports these processes.
- Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing phases of the Project.
- Lead and coordinate project deployments, in-line with best standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong relevant Consulting experience
- experience with techno-functional experience in IBM Maximo and/or certifications with a focus on asset and work management, data configuration/customization in Maximo.
- Has experience in Asset Management for the Utilities industry.
- Fluency in English both written and verbal
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems & Technology, Engineering, Science, Data & Analytics or a relevant domain

As a Senior Technical Consultant you'll specialise in supporting clients' R&D Tax Credit and Innovation Incentive claims by consulting on their groundbreaking projects. Working closely with clients across industries, you'll review and analyse their Research & Development initiatives to secure funding for future development. With autonomy over your client portfolio, with autonomy over your client portfolio, you will be responsible for building relationships with decision makers. Staying up-to-date with industry developments and legislative changes.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
Technical R&D tax consulting experience ideally from working with Software or Engineering focussed businesses.
Software or Engineering aligned educational background preferred but not essential

An established Microsoft Partner in Ireland is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of greenfield and transformation projects for a diverse client base across multiple industries.
Role Overview:
As a Dynamics 365 CE Tech Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality CRM solutions, managing client relationships, and providing end-to-end implementation support across the full project lifecycle. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and configure solutions accordingly using the Microsoft Power Platform.
Location:
Hybrid role with flexible working options across Ireland. Occasional client site visits may be required.
Salary:
Up to €75,000 per annum, dependent on experience, with a competitive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the delivery of D365 CE implementations for a range of clients
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and propose solutions
- Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE and related Power Platform tools
- Solid experience with C# and .NET development

Key Requirements:

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team
