What does the position entail?

  • Act as a gatekeeper / first point of contact for their partners
  • EA to 2 x partners and provision of administrative support to key members of their teams

Key Objectives / Accountabilities

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO, Senior Management Team (SMT) and Legal team. This role is a fixed term contract for two years. The role combines senior executive support with legal administration, board support, and company secretarial coordination. Precision, confidentiality, and reliable execution are essential. The position requires excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive support to CEO & CLO

Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President, Head of EMEA

Our client is a global financial technology company delivering innovative solutions that help businesses and consumers manage payments and financial operations efficiently.

We are looking for an experienced
Executive Assistant
to provide high-level support to the EVP, Head of EMEA. You will ensure the EVP's priorities run smoothly, act as a trusted partner to internal and external stakeholders, and help drive efficiency across the leadership team.

Sounds great What will my day-to-day look like?

  • Manage the EVP's calendar and priorities,
    balancing strategic commitments with day-to-day needs.
  • Coordinate complex travel
    itineraries and logistics in line with company policies.
  • Support meetings end-to-end:
    Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, briefings, and communications with clarity and professionalism.
  • Oversee team expenditure requests, approvals, and expense reports.
  • Administer leadership leave schedules,
    resolve conflicts, and coordinate approvals.
  • Execute HR and systems tasks in HRIS system for the EVP
    (new hires, manager changes, salary actions), ensuring timely and accurate submission.

What do I need?

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives at C-suite
    or regional leadership level.
  • Exceptional organizational skills
    and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate travel, meetings
    and executive-level document management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior leaders and external partners.
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism when
    handling confidential information.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Credible professional presence and ability to represent the EVP effectively.

This opportunity is an 8-month contract, On-site in Dublin 2, paying €107,000 per annum
