Air Liquide Healthcare is searching for an enthusiastic and ambitious Marketing Specialist to join the team and help drive the marketing strategy for our Diabetes and Respiratory business across the Republic of Ireland.
Air Liquide supports thousands of patients across the Republic of Ireland with vital medical devices, including respiratory equipment (for sleep apnea, COPD, and other chronic conditions) and insulin pumps for Type 1 diabetes. Your role is central to this mission, promoting our services and championing Value-Based Healthcare models.
As our Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our Respiratory Commercial Manager, Diabetes Business Unit Manager, Contracts Manager, and Care Support Team Manager to boost business development and market reach. Your responsibilities will include:
Establish and implement a marketing strategy for both the respiratory and the diabetes business lines. Develop offers and create associated material to support the commercial teams. Support the organisation and logistics of events such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions. Measure, analyse and report on marketing activity effectiveness. Proactively develop in-depth understanding of the external factors affecting marketing strategy including competition activity, NHS and HSE policies, healthcare trends, etc.
Liaise with our partners to manage the company's marketing assets and digital library Support the wider business on deploying Value-Based Healthcare initiatives
