This is an integral role for our marketing function and will report directly into the Broker Marketing Lead. Your role Overall responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following: Help develop and drive innovative marketing campaigns to grow Zurich's share of the Retail Pensions market (Pre- and Post-Retirement). Develop, deliver, and maintain Pensions marketing collateral (including web content, customer brochureware, sales presentations, trade articles) to support the distribution of Zurich's products to customers, financial advisors and internal audience. Be a driver and an active supporter of the Pensions marketing communication strategy with our sales team & help ensure it remains a priority for the company. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of ideas, processes and messaging. Identify and exploit opportunities to utilise bespoke marketing support for Financial Advisors to best advantage. Work closely with other marketing teams, product teams and customer services to ensure high companywide understanding of product range. Participate in ad-hoc marketing/business projects as required. Experience: Relevant third level degree and/or professional marketing qualification. Ideally have 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role or in an area directly related to the advisor market. Your Skills and Experience Skills and Competencies: Excellent Pensions marketing/sales skills - evidence of relevant qualifications would be an advantage. Will have a good understanding of the wider pensions industry, in particular the importance of the relevant products and how they apply to customers. Can identify the key aspects of products and understand how to communicate them to different stakeholders. Proven ability to spot market trends and generate insightful content Will have excellent writing and communication skills including content generation and sales presentation skills. Will have a high level of relationship, stakeholder management, and customer service skills. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to tight deadlines. Additional Information Additional Information Primary work location is Blackrock. Position is Dublin-based. The Role;

Due to continuous expansion, we are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation, Print Media, social media management, search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and analytics. 

This role will be instrumental in increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for our renewable energy solutions.

This is an office-based role, where some travel to events may ocassionally be required.

About Ashgrove Renewables;

Est 2001, we have over 2 decades of experience in the Irish renewable energy market.

Following the successful launch of our Home Energy Upgrade division in 2021, bolstered by over 20 years of experience delivering cost and energy savings to clients nationwide, we are delighted to have delivered >15% of the SEAI’s One Stop Shop and CEG projects in 2024. These have been a mixture of shallow renovations and deep retrofit projects with increased targets for 2025.

Key Responsibilities;

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta and Google

Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and newsletters, to educate audiences on renewable energy solutions

Optimise website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic

Analyse and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide recommendations for improvement

Collaborate with the sales and products teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

2+ years of experience in digital marketing

Ability to commute to our Mallow office 5 days a week

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software

Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Printing

Experience with SEO best practices and content marketing strategies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Creative mindset with the ability to produce compelling marketing materials

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
