Reporting to:
Marketing Director
The role will provide a comprehensive, client-focused business service to the firm whilst also ensuring that all activities undertaken in this role support the firm's brand and positioning at the top end of the Irish legal market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing Director and the Marketing Manager with the execution of the firm's digital strategy.
- Manage the firm's social media programme with the Marketing Manager, including LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Assist with website updates via a CMS platform, and contribute to SEO efforts through keyword research and content optimisation.
- Assist the Marketing Senior Executive with content creation and the production of the firm's video and podcasts.
- Support on email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and performance tracking.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and other native platform analytics to inform future strategy.
- Help with the coordination of the firm's sponsorship programme, including promotion and activation
Skills Knowledge and Expertise:
- 3rd level qualification in marketing, digital marketing, video production or equivalent.
- 2-3 years' proven expertise in marketing and communications.
- Previous experience working in a professional services firm an advantage.
- Proficient using CRM-based, web content management and email marketing systems - experience with Concep, Wordpress, InterAction an advantage.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
POS & Communications
- Plan, develop creative, and allocate monthly POS materials to support our stores. Take ownership from planning to implementation with our design agencies and printers to ensure the effective delivery of marketing collateral to store within agreed deadlines.

The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing agenda within Johnson Bros. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across brand, digital, and communication channels - supporting both long-term brand development and day-to-day marketing execution.
The successful candidate will also take a lead in reviewing and improving marketing processes, identifying smarter ways of working, and recommending tools or systems that enhance efficiency, visibility, and collaboration
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE?
Brand & Account Management
Coordinate day-to-day activity across multiple brand and account partners.
Support campaign planning, activation, and post-campaign review.
Manage promotional materials, merchandise, and digital assets.
Lead campaign development across seasonal and long-term marketing plans.
Ensure billing and administrative closure for all campaigns and activities.
Digital & Social Media
Lead the planning, creation, and scheduling of digital content across all company brands including both video and graphic design.
Oversee both organic and paid social media activity, ensuring consistent tone of voice and brand alignment.
Manage access, assets, and templates used across platforms.
Implement and maintain a structured content calendar for Primeline, JB, and associated brands.
Websites & Online Presence
Support website content management, analytics, and optimisation across company sites.
Oversee SEO, readability, and tone of voice consistency.
Maintain and update news, brand, and product pages.
Support the integration of PR and brand activity within the web ecosystem.
Purchase Orders (POs)
Ensure all POs are created, tracked, and closed efficiently.
Maintain oversight of spend and ensure alignment with budgets and approvals.
Files & Asset Management
Maintain a clear and organised file structure across all shared systems (e.g. SharePoint, Canva, or internal drives).
Manage access to image, video, logo, and design libraries.
Identify assets due for update and coordinate version control.
Performance Tracking & Insights
Monitor campaign and brand performance across digital, PR, and internal channels.
Develop regular reports to measure success and inform strategic planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, insights, and field teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with commercial objectives.
Foster collaboration across JB to enhance communication, efficiency, and shared understanding.
