ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Take primary responsibility for maintaining and expanding existing client accounts.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the company's sales targets and overall group objectives.
Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts with annual turnovers ranging from €10,000 to €300,000 confidently and effectively.
Engage with clients regularly, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to upsell products or services.
Utilize internal software systems for tracking, stock ordering, and inventory management.
Maintain clear and consistent communication across all departments, including Transport and Operations.
Full training on products and systems will be provided.
IDEAL CANDIDATE Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial sales is desirable.
Proven ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team environment.
Strong sales insight with the ability to effectively sell a diverse range of products while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, industrial, and OEM applications.
Familiarity with laser and CNC machinery, as well as plastic sheet materials, within the Irish and UK markets.

+ Fully understand the product application in relation to the Irish healthcare market
