Lead Generation Executive - Purpose-Driven Career Opportunity
Location: Dublin 2 (Hybrid: 1-2 days onsite). Type: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract. Salary: €34,000 - €36,000
What You Will Do- Research and identify potential employer partners, especially in green and tech sectors.
- Drive outreach campaigns and secure engagement meetings.
- Organise impactful employer and industry events.
- Support vacancy fulfilment and job-matching for programme graduates.
- Maintain CRM systems and support with data accuracy and reporting.
- Experience in lead generation, marketing, or sales.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
- Self-starter with a passion for purpose-led work.
- Fluency in English is essential.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Sales Development - Identify and develop new business opportunities, converting leads into successful sales.
Project Qualification - Assess newly priced projects and define scope and programme requirements.
CRM Management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activity using our CRM system.
Sales Support - Assist field sales teams by providing clients with product literature, samples, and outstanding service.
Industry Knowledge - Build a strong understanding of the construction and property sectors.
Product Expertise - Gain in-depth knowledge of our product range and project history.
Portfolio Management - Organise workload and deliver results efficiently and professionally.
Reporting - Submit timely and well-presented reports to the Sales Manager.
What We're Looking For Experience & Education: Previous sales experience is advantageous (technical product training will be provided).
Background or interest in architecture, design, or construction is a plus.
Skills & Attributes: Dynamic, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working with a diverse client base.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Organised and able to work under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM systems (desirable).
Other Requirements: Willingness to undertake relevant training as needed.

+ Identify & create new sales opportunities from inbound and outbound leads.
+ Achieve monthly quota of passed closed opportunities.
+ Develop and implement strategies for outbound lead generation.
+ Deliver great results against defined KPI's including activities, lead generation, conversion, closing sales, and customer experience outcomes.
+ Execute marketing campaigns to increase new user acquisition and conversions and engage prospects and customers via telephone and online chat to qualify leads and drive conversions.
+ Collect, analyze and report data around performance, campaign, and operational execution.
