**What you will do in this role**
As a Lead Generation Advisor on our team, you will:
+ Conduct in-depth analysis of business data, including reviewing company websites to identify outdated features and qualify leads effectively
+ Meticulously collate company information with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and relevance
+ Drive customer satisfaction and elevate the client brand by providing an exceptional customer experience at all touchpoints
**Your qualifications**

+ Are proficient or bilingual in Dutch and English (both verbal and written communication)
+ Have adept experience using Microsoft Office and safe internet usage
+ Work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and achieving targets
+ Pay exceptional attention to detail and exhibit effective communication, multitasking and organisational skills
+ Have the flexibility to adapt to an 8-hour rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 7 pm
+ Can maintain a minimum broadband speed of 10mbps and a private, distraction-free workspace for optimal productivity

**Your Day to Day**
**As a Business Development Representative you would be working on:**
+ Identify & create new sales opportunities from inbound and outbound leads.
+ Achieve monthly quota of passed closed opportunities.
+ Develop and implement strategies for outbound lead generation.
+ Deliver great results against defined KPI's including activities, lead generation, conversion, closing sales, and customer experience outcomes.
+ Execute marketing campaigns to increase new user acquisition and conversions and engage prospects and customers via telephone and online chat to qualify leads and drive conversions.
+ Collect, analyze and report data around performance, campaign, and operational execution.
+ Collaborate with team members and managers to develop strategies and improve ideas and execution that drive team success.
