Job Responsibilities: Define and execute product delivery roadmaps for data products across the Employee Platforms ecosystem.
Collaborate with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and vendors to align technology solutions with business objectives.
Partner with Customer Success to ensure a clear understanding of new features being delivered into the ecosystem.
Lead cross-functional teams through product delivery lifecycles from concept to deployment and assure feedback loops are enabled.
Manage vendor relationships for service delivery.
Oversee rollouts of new end-user technologies.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for product delivery initiatives.
Work closely with infrastructure, security, and engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are met.
Ensure compliance with security policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
Present project status, roadmaps, and recommendations to senior leadership and steering committees.
Manage change management processes for technology transitions and upgrades aligned to product delivery.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Formal training or certificate in Computer Science, Information technology and proficient advanced experience.
5+ years of experience in product management, program management, or technology delivery roles.
3+ years of hands-on experience with end-user compute technologies and enterprise IT environments.
Experience in big data platforms, cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and big data technologies.
Strong understanding of database management systems, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technology projects.
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
Experience with agile delivery methodologies and project management frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Master's degree in a relevant field or MBA.
Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or vendor-specific certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, etc.).
Experience with digital workplace transformation initiatives.
