The Role
We are seeking an L&D Specialist to join our growing team. As an L&D Specialist, you will work with the Musgrave L&D team, colleagues in retail stores and with the Regional Teams, to design, implement and review people plans for each store from an L&D perspective.
What you'll be doing:
- Working with our Regional Managers & Retail Partners to provide relevant and tailored training and advice, influencing and coaching Store owners where appropriate
- Co-ordinating and delivering on site Customer Service Training with retail teams
- Providing advice to Owners & Managers on the tools & techniques to exceed customer expectations & develop their business through their people
- Support SuperValu & Centra Retailers to lead positive cultural change in their business
- Co-ordinating and delivering on site Leadership and Management Training (Feedback, Coaching, Communication Skills etc.)
- Supporting store owners & managers to complete training needs analysis for their teams and develop appropriate learning plans via the Musgrave Institute.
- Facilitate workshops with Store Owners, Managers and other senior stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of L&D and behavioural change initiatives
- Advise Retailers on all aspects of Learning & Development, career development and employee engagement.
- Assessing the service level for the region & regional performance reporting (through Mystery Shopper audits & internal assessment)
- Support the implementation and rollout of our New Digital Learning Platform
- May be required to work on various HR projects and support other Musgrave brand
What we are looking for:
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
- Keen interest in working in the retail sector with a passion for great customer experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in presenting to large groups
- Minimum 2 years experience in a training related role
- Previous experience in a Learning and Development focused role would be advantageous
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
- Proven relationship building and influencing skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Full driving licence is essential
What is nice to have:
- Certification in Training or Coaching or a IITD qualification is

Position Overview

As a Learning Content Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing Forma's approach to on-demand learning as well as producing compelling content. You will collaborate closely with other Forma teams such as UX Content Strategy, Product Development and Marketing as well as other customer learning teams and third-party providers to translate Forma's concepts and workflows into captivating assets to amplify across learning and support platforms. The Learning Content Specialist role will be part of the Autodesk Forma Growth Team in the Unified Design Organisation. - Refine Forma's approach to on-demand learning: Take responsibility for developing a scalable and holistic approach to on-demand learning for Forma

- Work cross-functionally with other teams to unify and amplify learning assets: Collaborate with UX Content Strategy, Product Development, Marketing, Customer Learning and third-party teams to develop content that contributes to broader learning initiatives, product feature launches and even marketing campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the AEC industry, preferably in architecture or urban planning
- Proven track record in content creation, user training, technical marketing, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong sense of aesthetics and visual design skills
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment, using various asynchronous collaboration tools
- Highly self-driven and motivated with an experiment mindset
- Strives to use new ways of working and AI tools to improve efficiency and scale impact
- Nice to haves: Familiarity with Autodesk products, video recording and editing skills
- Able to travel internationally several times a year
