Principal Recruitment Consultant - Legal

We currently have a large amount of legal practices as clients and are looking for a principal consultant with a strong track record in Legal Recruitment servicing legal professional services firms and inhouse. You must be able to demonstrate solid key account management and delivery experience in solicitors and practice. Key to this role is your approach and experience in candidate attraction and acquisition.
On successful hire, you will:
- Proactively network and build relationships with existing and new clients
- Be responsible for employer branding and innovative candidate sourcing strategies in the legal area (not relying on adverts)
- Curate strong talent pipelines with a focus on data quality on BULLHORN
- Actively contribute to our best-in-class recruitment strategy and mentoring of the more junior team
- Implement sourcing strategies to attract and find the best candidates
- Ability to proactively present and sell candidates to Hiring Managers
- Develop strong awareness and understanding of the clients business to target and hire the best talent for them
- Ongoing business development to increase the portfolio of clients and roles in legal and cross sell the other areas of the business
- Ensure efficiency in time to hire is maintained while maintaining a high level of accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System (BULLHORN)
- Negotiate rates/salaries and close deals effectively
- Bring ideas to the business to help us meet strategic goals
To be considered for an interview, your skills and experience will include:
- 4+ years of agency recruitment experience with at least 3 in the legal space.
- In-depth understanding of different types of legal roles and the Irish market
- Demonstrable experience in winning new clients and key account management of long term existing clients you have retained
- Natural networking skills and experience to meet and acquire top candidates
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter. BULLHORN desirable but not essential
- Winning attitude and outlook and an ambitious, self-starter with high personal standards and expectations
- Passion about data with the ability to curate talent pipelines on our ATS
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Great phone manner and believe in the power of direct communication with candidates and clients over emailing and messaging.
€8k-53k DOE + with an OTE of ,500 and flexi benefits 5%. Hybrid role in Dublin office 2-3 days a week

We are looking for an experienced Privacy legal professional who can act as Privacy Legal Counsel in the EU region and be a strategic partner in leading privacy compliance efforts for the company. You will play a significant role in policy and business counseling and compliance with the GDPR and other relevant international privacy laws.
**You will:**
+ Provide expertise and privacy legal advice on issues that arise in the European Union, including: regulator inquiries, complaints, investigations, incidents, queries; data subject rights and requests; relevant contract negotiations; and the application of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other regulatory requirements to Dell's business.
+ Coordinate global privacy advice for one or more Business Units, ensuring an aligned approach from the Privacy Legal team.
+ Proactively monitor and provide advice and guidance on the assessment and implementation of evolving global privacy risks and privacy regulations, and collaborate with legal, privacy and business colleagues on the application and implementation of international privacy laws to Dell's business including leading key privacy priorities and projects.
+ Provide strategic vision, guidance and leadership on the company's privacy strategy and compliance, including but not limited to, assessment of key regulatory risks and implementation of mitigation best practices, collaboration with regional counsel on privacy-related issues, advising on evolving international privacy laws and regulatory positions, guidance and oversight of training and communication to raise awareness on privacy obligations and responsibilities enterprise-wide, advice and guidance on privacy-related contractual matters, and management of privacy notices, statements and communications.

**Essential Requirements**
+ 8+ years' legal experience, with at least 3+ years' expertise with global privacy laws or privacy laws in EEA Countries.
+ Relevant degree with experience as a qualified lawyer.
+ Deep experience in the application of the Global Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other privacy regulations applicable to a global company, providing advisory support in regulatory matters and incident management, and providing strategic legal support and direction to ensure privacy regulatory compliance readiness by an organization on emerging privacy laws and regulations
+ Personal skills: integrity, initiative, organization, perseverance, discretion, ability to assert yourself in difficult circumstances, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, ability to build working relationships and ability to influence
**Desirable Requirements**
+ IAPP Privacy Certifications (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPP/C, CIPP/A, CIPM, CIPT, AIGP)
+ Strong experience within the technology sector, AdTech deployments and global data transfer management, and global cloud/multi-cloud products and services
