The role would suit a recent law graduate with around 1 year's post qualification legal experience. The role provides a unique opportunity for the Legal Assistant to be exposed to a wide range of legal matters, both Irish and international across Bimeda's business.

Key responsibilities

As Legal Assistant with Bimeda you will:

  • Assist with the preparation, drafting, review, issue and execution of NDAs.

The role combines senior executive support with legal administration, board support, and company secretarial coordination. Precision, confidentiality, and reliable execution are essential.   • Executive support to CEO & CLO
  • Diary, inbox, and appointment management for CEO and CLO; prioritise, gatekeep, and resolve conflicts.
