Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior partners and the wider legal team. Manage billing and collections processes, including preparing invoice narratives. Open, close, and archive legal files, ensuring compliance with firm standards. Conduct conflict searches and manage all Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Organise meetings, manage diaries, and handle travel arrangements. Draft, edit, and finalise legal documents and correspondence. Prepare court pleadings, bundles, and closing bibles. Maintain and update client contact databases and business development records. Provide cover for other secretaries during absences and collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines. Education, Skills & Experience: Recognised legal secretarial qualification and/or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a corporate law firm.
