  • Create Sales & Purchase Orders for European, US & Global Intercompany Markets
  • Complete all required export documentation for GE Healthcare Customers
  • Support other product shipments such as Samples, Intercompany shipments & other Inventory as required.
  • Work Closely with Customer Service and Manufacturing to respond swiftly to customers regarding any issues with products & deliveries.
  • Ensure all processes and documentation is in accordance with GEHC & ITC (International Trade Control) compliance requirements

About the role

  • As a manager, you define, design or redesign your client's business processes to improve their effectiveness, embedded in business understanding you put forward the best designs and lead the program throughout the whole transformation wave.
  • In co-creation with the client, you organize client workshops in order to detect the client's needs and operating model changes in their E2E planning ways of working as well as the connected broader supply chain.
  • You assume a coaching role and guide your internal and external project team towards their goals. You train and guide the team on process design improvements. Besides that, you take full responsibility for a functional domain in a larger program for which you keep track of deliverables, milestones, resources and budget costs .
  • You ensure full integration of all processes and linkage to best practices leaning on our internal knowledge operations. You manage to gather all necessary information, without losing yourself in details. In this process, you make sure all stakeholders are involved and aligned.
  • You co-create the playbook together with the client. It documents the new way of working both on a process and an organizational level.
  • You provide structure, and guidance during the entire implementation process and make sure it happens in a smooth and structured manner.
  • Internally you take a people responsibility as a team/people lead; coaching & growing colleagues in their career paths.

Job requirements

About You

  • You hold a master's degree in engineering or economics. An MBA is a plus.
  • You have at least 6 years of experience in consulting.
  • You can shape & define project plans & structures, creating a clear path to the intended vision.
  • You are able to set a methodology and approach, defining 'what needs to be done' based on previous experience, in your area of expertise and in adjacent areas.
  • You have strong experience in designing or redesigning business processes, with planning projects that required change/transformation within a complex and multinational planning environment.
  • You're a problem solver with a razor-sharp analytical mind. You are hands-on and make things happen.
  • You are able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. You pose the right questions and are able to quickly translate the answers into tangible results.
  • You're a strong communicator, both towards your team as well as towards the client.
  • You have a passion for working with people and you get energy out of coaching & growing less experienced colleagues.
  • You're fluent in English.

A Senior Supply Chain Planning Analyst plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing a company's supply chain.   • Drive automation and exception reporting of weekly MRP process and lead
  • Create balance weekly supply plan to meet both customer service, inventory, and operational efficiency targets.
  • Create and weekly detailed Master Production Schedule (MPS) from Blue Yonder system and lead weekly meetings with Regional Demand Planning partners to share supply plan and inventory projection for key regions.
  • Maintain planning parameters in ERP systems to manage E2E production work order flow and coordinate shipments of products within supply chain network.
  • Have ability to work with multiple scenarios, identify costs/benefit trade-offs and make recommendations supported on data and insights.
  • Explore opportunities to leverage and improve the Digital eco system (ERP interfaces, metrics, KPIs)
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Identify opportunities for automation in manual processes (MRP/ERP, purchasing and forecasting processes)
  • Monitor production output through maintaining set of metrics (plan attainment, WOS, OTIF, inventory, absorption, cycle time) for weekly and monthly business reporting. Manage components availability in line with product life cycles.
  • Lead monthly supply S&OP meetings for internal Galway site audience as well as with key external suppliers to review demand changes, net requirements, metrics, and production strategies for alignment.
  • Manage purchasing of raw materials through establishing governance to analyze inventory projections, optimize safety stock setting, and review JDE component parameters to ensure inventory targets are met.
  • Provide support for month end financial reporting and reconciliation of PO invoices to address mismatches.

Qualifications/Requirements
Education:

  • Honors Degree (NFQ level 8) in Supply Chain Management, logistics, operations, or a related field is required.
  • APICS (Association for Supply Chian Management), Certified in Planning and Inventory Management is desirable.

Required
Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience with ERP projects and systems
  • Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and software. (e.g., SAP, Blue Yonder, other ERP systems).
  • Previous experience in a Business Analyst or Process Analyst role
  • Strong understanding in production planning and systems is required Experience working with or implementing an S&OP.
  • Scenario Planning experience required.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • The demonstrated ability to identify problems/issues, recommend appropriate solutions, and follow-up to ensure positive results is required
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Good judgment and problem‐solving ability and is capable of understanding the impact of decision making on both Neuravi and end users.

Preferred

  • Experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field.
