Liaise with the Helpdesk to ensure works are scheduled, planned and completed as required.
Assume responsibility for reactive works by assessing the scope, acquiring materials, carrying out the repair and providing a completion report.
Ensure corrective works are captured, work requirements are noted and issued to the QS.
Maintain high level of report work ensuring minimum requirements are met and reports are issued on time.
Act as a direct point of contact with clients to assess requests for works and provide pricing details to QS.
Small Works Liaise with CM on work requirements and job planning.
Ensure site is set up, materials are organised and H&S documentation in place (inc.
sub-contractors).
Carry out due-diligence and provide dilapidation surveys when working on existing buildings.
Assist with works, planning of works and instruction to staff on site.
Liaise with sub-contractors to capture cabling requirements and interfacing with other services.
Provision of updated RAMS where required.
Ensure project programmes are followed and project milestones are achieved.
Ensure installation is to IS101 standards, electrical specification and a as requested by the client.
Highlight any variations outside of scope to CM ensuring cost is issued and instruction is captured by email.
Provide redline drawings, board charts, install and commissioning certificates for generation of O&M.
On completion, ensure any snag items have been captured and visually inspect all third-party ancillary devices are operating.
Walk the job with the client to ensure job satisfaction.
Expectations Appearance and van are to be kept clean and tidy.

Health and safety should be the key focus specifically when working on live systems.
Quality of installation to be of a high standard.
Flexibility to work overtime hours when required for both small works and maintenance works.
Flexibility to cover 24/7 on call rota.

A vacancy has arisen for the following permanent day shift position: MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN: The Role: The successful candidate will be part of a maintenance team and report to the plant manager.

Ability to work as part of a team and by yourself.
Remuneration will be competitive.
Working hours will be flexible and will be a day shift Monday to Friday but some on-call duty is required.
