People management (20+ workers) or supervisory experience in a Food manufacturing environment is essential. Experience in a high activity and output production environment is essential, preferably food production but may also consider outside of food. + Minimum 3 years managing a Team.
+ Prior experience in a Dairy/Food Process Engineering role is preferential, or indepth experience with Evaporators and Spray Dryers
