We are currently expanding our Documentation Management Systems (DMS) team and are a looking for an experienced DMS Administrator to join this busy group.
Reporting to the DMS Manager, the DMS Administrator will be responsible for supporting the DMS Department activities associated with Capital Projects Responsibilities We are looking for someone who can get involved and take ownership for the following activities - Global user daily support Troubleshoot issues & problem solving on all collaboration systems User training both internally & externally (Client, Contractors, Vendors etc.) System implementation, maintenance & auditing to ensure compliance with company quality procedures Overall systems configuration & user security System Data Management Digital Handover/Turnover Development / updating of appropriate system processes for relevant projects Creation of guidelines & training manuals for 3 rd parties Qualifications To enjoy this role and to be succesful, you will Ideally a third level qualification in BIS, Data Management or relevant Engineering/Science degree A high proficiency with cloud based document management/collaboration platforms or similar systems is essential Experience of quality management systems or database principles a significant advantage IT literacy and proficiency with MS Office Experience with Power BI & Share Point desired Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is essential Strong problem solving skills with aptitude to work rapidly and accurately under pressure Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in an Engineering or Construction Management An organized self-starter who is attentive to detail and able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute effectively within a team environment.
Able to maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations.

The IBM Research Lab in Dublin was founded in 2011 and has consistently delivered major innovations in AI, security, hybrid cloud, and quantum computing. The Doctoral Candidate will join the recently launched 6G-TERRAIN Doctoral Network, which is funded by the Horizon Europe Research Program through the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions, under the title: "6G TERrestrial & non-teRrestrial integration through an AI-Native architecture."
The 6G-TERRAIN project is a collaboration of six outstanding EU academic and private-sector partners that redefines network design through the "Network of Networks" vision. By integrating terrestrial and non-terrestrial systems with AI and advanced sensing, it drives innovation towards the 6G era and fosters the development of next-generation expertise.
**Your role and responsibilities**
The Doctoral Candidate, hosted by IBM Research Europe (Ireland), will undertake research on advanced Native AI and Generative AI approaches for 6G telecommunication networks. The project will focus on:
1.GenAI- and Agentic AI-driven resource management, enabling adaptive and resilient 6G network operations.
2.Native AI optimization techniques to improve performance while reducing complexity in highly dynamic environments.
3.Self-configuration and self-management mechanisms, allowing networks to autonomously detect, adapt to, and resolve resource conflicts.
The expected outcomes of this project are:
i. Composable analytics schemes based on Agentic AI, leveraging meta-learning to dynamically integrate multiple AI-driven functions to achieve resource optimization and efficiency.
ii. Validation results, demonstrating the efficiency and robustness of resource allocation, conflict resolution, and self-optimization under realistic 6G scenarios.
The Doctoral Candidate will be offered a full-time contract, as well as enrolment in a PhD program. The Doctoral Candidate Fellowship is offered under very attractive employment conditions and competitive salary, which includes all employer and employee's taxes and contributions, in compliance with the Marie Curie Innovative Doctoral Networks.
In addition to developing their research project, the Doctoral Candidate will:
-Learn to master academic writing and author journal publications.
-Present their work at project workshops, plenary meetings, and top-tier international conferences.
-Participate in secondments to consortium partners.
-Contribute to the supervision of undergraduate students.

* Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) with a foundation in deep learning techniques.

* Familiarity with libraries for natural language processing (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers)

+ **User Story Development** : Write and refine user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability to business objectives and readiness for development
+ **Solution Validation** : Work with stakeholders to confirm that delivered solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable value
+ **Stakeholder Engagement** : Collaborate with the Area Product Owner (APO) and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure a shared understanding across the team
+ **Testing & Quality Assurance** : Support business SMEs in developing test scenarios and lead efforts in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Hypercare phases to ensure solution quality
+ **Continuous Improvement** : Participate in regular inspect-and-adapt cycles to improve team practices, reduce waste, and enhance delivery effectiveness

**Required Qualifications of the Business Systems Analyst:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
+ Experience as a Business Analyst, including at least working on automation, BPM, or process improvement initiatives
+ Experience in business analysis, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation
+ Practical experience in business process analysis and workflow optimization
+ Experience working with end users to gather and refine business requirements
+ Understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to conceptualize process improvements
+ Fluent in English, both written and spoken
+ Familiarity with financial services or insurance operations
**Preferred Qualifications of the Business Systems Analyst:**
+ Hands-on experience with automation tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism

+ Experience across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
