This position will be part of a globally distributed team of 45+ professionals across Seattle, Austin, Dublin, and Sydney providing around the clock coverage. As a System Development Manager for the Dublin site, you will manage the regional team consisting of 14 engineers. You will lead the day-to-day delivery and execution of the Incident Management function and lead System Development tooling to improve service delivery and protect availability of the Retail website and internal corporate environments. Basic Qualifications
