THE POSITIONThe Managing Director, Ireland will assume full responsibility for the strategy, growth, and performance of the Irish operations across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with the wider group strategic plan. The role involves delivering sustainable revenue and profitability, strengthening the organisation's reputation as a trusted service provider, and upholding operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction standards.
Reporting to the international Group, the successful candidate will lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement. They will drive initiatives that enhance competitiveness, build stakeholder relationships, and generate value for the business and its customers. As a representative of the organisation, they will embody its values and engage with customers, partners, and external stakeholders to enhance market presence and influence.
REQUIREMENTSCandidates should demonstrate a proven track record at Managing Director level or similar senior leadership roles, ideally within sectors such as capital equipment, industrial services, logistics, engineering, construction, maintenance, repair, and operations, or supply to these industries. A strong blend of commercial and financial skills, strategic thinking, and leadership ability is essential. Experience with mergers and acquisitions is advantageous but not mandatory.
An inspiring leader capable of guiding an ambitious executive team and operating effectively within a group structure is crucial. Building enduring customer relationships and consistently delivering results are also key requirements.

**Your Day to Day**
**As a Business Development Representative you would be working on:**
+ Identify & create new sales opportunities from inbound and outbound leads.
+ Achieve monthly quota of passed closed opportunities.
+ Develop and implement strategies for outbound lead generation.
+ Deliver great results against defined KPI's including activities, lead generation, conversion, closing sales, and customer experience outcomes.
+ Execute marketing campaigns to increase new user acquisition and conversions and engage prospects and customers via telephone and online chat to qualify leads and drive conversions.
+ Collect, analyze and report data around performance, campaign, and operational execution.
+ Collaborate with team members and managers to develop strategies and improve ideas and execution that drive team success.
