This role will be responsible for leading the product marketing and communications for Mastercard Connect, Mastercard's B2B platform that enables our customers to manage and grow their business. In this role you will be a communications champion internally and externally to build awareness and excitement for Mastercard Connect, partner with product leaders and key internal stakeholders to market releases and new developments. You will execute and advance our product marketing and communication strategies; align and prioritize initiatives with forward looking strategic view and successfully commercialize platform capabilities both internally and externally with customers.
Overview
- Be the resident marketing and communications expert for Mastercard Connect
- Develop product collateral and other marketing assets
- Work closely with the Product team to develop launch strategies for new products & features
- Evaluate accomplishment of objectives using metrics defined for measuring marketing effectiveness
Responsibilities
- Defines and leads execution of go to market strategy for a product or feature release
- Leads creation & execution of product marketing and communications across internal and external channels (email, video, trainings, technical announcements) to drive adoption and usage
- Supports development of product value propositions that are consumer-led
Experiences
- Experience executing a product marketing campaign and measuring programs to assess success and recommend changes
- Experience leveraging multiple sources of data to identify insights and develop content through various channels
- Experience participating in a quantitative study resulting in the ability to represent the voice of the customer

**A day in the life of a Data Analytics & Shopper Marketing Manager.**
In this role, you will deliver the cyclical insight by monitoring category performance and executing category tasks supporting MDO Lead. Additionally, you will develop and execute the shopper activation and brand plans with the Purina Brand Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Deliver continuous insight through category performance monitoring: Complete regular performance updates both internally and externally, extracting insights from these sources and using them to continually bring opportunities for growth for both the customer and Purina
+ Alongside category and brand teams, ensure all NPD successfully launched into customers
+ Manage the day-to-day relationships with research agencies from coding to data delivery and reporting - developing data from Insight to Action
+ Present insight, actions, and opportunities both internally and externally to influence Purina Market performance through Field sales, customer contacts and Business Managers
+ Deliver winning shopper marketing plans to drive product ROS working with external shopper agencies to include the creation and delivery of Annual Shopper Marketing plan across all categories and channels to include our shopper presence online
+ Effectively manage PFME (marketing budget) to maximise return on investment
+ Execute Successful Tradeshows and Category Sells with retailers to drive Nestlé sales at key occasions

**What will make you successful**

You will be comfortable working in an agile environment managing multiple projects at once. Relationship building is key to success in this role so you should be able to demonstrate an excellent relationship building ability internally, externally and within multifunctional teams.
You will also have:
+ Previous experience in either category management, shopper marketing, insights management or consumer marketing
+ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into insights
+ Proven ability to create category insight driven sales stories and identify opportunities and threats from market data
+ Ability to manipulate data from Nielsen, Kantar and Dunnhumby
+ Demonstrable record of success in a customer facing role

What You Bring:

  • 5+ Years of Product Marketing Experience: Proven track record with significant experience (ideally 5-7+ years) in product marketing roles, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • SaaS Industry Expertise : Deep understanding of the SaaS business model, subscription economics, customer lifecycle, and common industry challenges.
  • B2B Focus : Demonstrated experience marketing to businesses, understanding complex sales cycles, and buyer personas in a B2B context.
  • Leadership Experience : Prior experience in a senior PMM role, leading initiatives, mentoring junior team members, or influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Ability to conduct thorough market research, analyse competitive landscapes, identify market trends, and pinpoint white space opportunities. Proficient in gathering customer insights through interviews, surveys, data analysis, and developing deep empathy for target personas.
  • Messaging Architecture: Skilled in developing clear, concise, and consistent messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences.
  • Launch Planning & Execution: Strong experience in planning, orchestrating, and executing successful product launches (new products, features, updates) from conception to post-launch analysis.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to effectively collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to align on GTM strategies.
  • Excellent Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Self-Starter & Proactive: Highly motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Overview The Regulatory Communications Specialist serves as a communication liaison between the Cook manufacturer and the Cook local affiliates or regulatory authorities and assists in assessing complaints for Regulatory Reporting, this includes Adverse Event Reporting (MDR, Vigilance, etc.), Post Market Surveillance Activities (PMS), field action and associated correspondence to applicable Regulatory bodies. Reporting to: Regulatory Communications Team Lead Responsibilities Assess complaints from Cook global customer support and delivery centres for adequate information to determine if event meets Regulatory Reporting requirements. Utilize appropriate complaint software systems for processing complaints to/from customer support and delivery centres and QE Investigation functions. Generate appropriate regulatory reports based on assessment. Liaise effectively with regulators on all issues with regard to regulatory reporting. Ensuring that confirmed reportable events are escalated to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner. Communicate with other Cook Companies globally as necessary for reporting. Generate responses to inquiries on AE reports from various global regulatory authorities. Generate various reports, including but not limited to, Regulatory requests, Marketing requests, Engineering requests. Input into the assessment of field action through the Health Risk Assessment process. Assist in coordination of Field Action administration activities between manufacturer and distribution centre. Close out of complaints as necessary. Input and adherence to the scheduling and management of Post Market Surveillance (PMS) plans and reports. Maintains appropriate regulatory records to demonstrate compliance with applicable regulations. Maintain an excellent understanding of global medical device regulations. Responsibility for implementing applicable regulatory requirements in accordance with ISO13485, MDD 93/42/EEC, EU Medical Device Regulation 2017/745 and FDA QSP 21CFR Part 820 as required. Coordinates multiple projects at one time and provides regular reports to regulatory management and others as required. Serves as a liaison on regulatory issues between the Cook Manufacturer and the Cook International local office and/or Cook distribution partner. Maintains and organises appropriate regulatory records to demonstrate compliance with applicable regulations. Performs additional duties as assigned. Ensure that Cook's Code of Conduct is considered in all business matters carried out on Cook's behalf. Delegate for the Regulatory Communications Team Lead. Qualifications Third level Qualification in Science/Engineering desired. A number of years experience in a regulated industry in a similar role required. Thorough knowledge of the EU & US medical device regulatory requirements. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in MDSAP countries. Desirable to have knowledge of requirements in other jurisdictions. Knowledge of medical device quality standards/practises or similar regulated industry. Good communication and inter-personal skills. Proven problem-solving skills. Good computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proven organisational skills. High self-motivation. Willingness and availability to travel on company business.
