This is a unique opportunity to help lead the charge on some of Ireland's top drinks brands, such as Guinness, Smirnoff, Rockshore, and Baileys. Supporting the delivery of high-impact and iconic brand plans.
As Assistant Brand Manager, you'll work closely with the Senior Brand Manager, Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, and Commercial teams across the business to support the development and execution of 360° brand plans. You'll drive campaign delivery, performance analysis, budget management, and cross-functional alignment across multiple channels.

As a Marketing Manager in Diageo Ireland, you will get to work across some of the best known brands in the world, acting as an architect for growth, building and delivering stretching plans that help shape the future of the category. + Recruitment/Re-recruitment - both from a customer and consumer perspective

**Top Accountabilities**
Functional:
+ Own the full P&L for the brands across the market. Understand and respond to the drivers of your brand performance, working in partnership with the commercial teams to deliver and exceed the annual operating plan
+ Strategic ownership- set the agenda for the brand and the category based on consumer, customer and shopper insights, unlocking growth and building long term brand equity.
+ Lead cross-agency teams and foster new partnerships in developing the brand's communication approach and execution in an omnichannel environment (on, off & 3rd space)
+ Find, own and build the role the brand plays in culture, creating meaningful brand experiences for consumers
+ Ownership over innovation elements of the brands, product launches, new-to-world activities etc.
+ Lead the relationship with the Global Brand Teams for the market
+ Shape the brand to thrive in a digital environment, develop long term digital strategy & social media plans
+ Manage the pricing & promo strategy, margin mix and volume drivers for all brands across the full market

The Retail Marketing team at An Post plays a key role in crafting and delivering strategic marketing plans that attract and retain our valued customers. Reporting to the Marketing Manager for An Post Money, you will manage the development and delivery of marketing activity for selected products creating impactful, multi-channel campaigns that drive both engagement and growth. Lead performance marketing efforts for your product portfolio on retail digital platforms and ensure they are structured and optimised to deliver commercial targets. Monitor and manage budgets - identifying opportunities to make smart, efficient decisions. Nurture strong, collaborative relationships with creative and media agencies to develop and maintain relationships for best outcomes for An Post. Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth delivery of marketing activity Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making within An Post retail. Do this by consistently providing evidence based insights (using data) in a format that is easily understandable for key decision makers within the business. Qualifications The successful candidate will have 5+ years marketing experience in a commercial/retail organisation and a strong understanding of commercials, ideally with strong ATL, digital and social marketing skills. A curiosity about data and experience in financial services or regulated marketing is an advantage. Strong creative and media judgement and excellent project management skills are key. You should have a good knowledge of marketing strategy and performance analytics. Digital marketing qualifications and demonstrable experience, while not essential is a distinct advantage. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented marketer to join our team as a Senior Partner Marketing Manager for our Tech/ AI partners. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing strategies across strategic partners and establishing an operating plan to support the broader SI partner ecosystem. **Position Expectations:**
+ Develop partner marketing strategies and GTM engagements to drive the growth, awareness, and adoption of MongoDB Atlas via our AI/Tech partner ecosystem
+ Plan and execute end-to-end, integrated partner co-marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams
+ Oversee the development of jointly produced digital content, including web assets, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, etc.
+ Act as a liaison between AI/Tech partners and internal teams, including Sales, Industry & Solutions, Field Marketing, Events, Product, and other partners.
+ Manage in-person joint events in conjunction with the Field Marketing and Events teams, including promotional materials and on-site support
+ Manage partner marketing budget
**The right candidate for this role will be:**
+ Experience with 6+ years of marketing and partner marketing experience in an enterprise software, B2B SaaS or technology company
+ Experience with developer and partner marketing a plus
+ Experience working and communicating with complex internal and external sales organizations
+ Hyper-organized and capable of juggling all of the data associated with projects and task-tracking
+ Very strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience in creating internal enablement and external marketing content
