We are going through a period of sustained growth and are looking to recruit an ambitious Marketing Campaigns Executive to help continue that journey.
The Marketing Campaigns Executive will plan and implement all marketing campaign activities, including digital, email, events, SEO and content marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for performance monitoring and optimisation of multi-channel campaigns, as well as reporting, budget management, and lead generation (MQLs).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, implement and optimise marketing campaigns across email, events, SEO, content and digital platforms.
- Develop marketing materials with copy and creative that is tailored towards target audiences outlined in our audience segmentation strategy.
- Manage and lead content creation, such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts. Liaise with external photography and video teams as required for asset creation.
- Plan, manage and deliver key marketing events such as webinars, product launches, sponsorship activations and conferences. Liaise with third-party suppliers to deliver according to Spanish Point Technologies event plans.
- Monitor performance, analyse results and make recommendations to optimise campaign performance.
- Manage relationships with direct marketing campaign partners, and ensure delivery of activities according to Spanish Point Technologies marketing plans.
- Track and improve campaign performance against set KPIs including lead generation, engagement rates and event registrations.
- Work closely with Head of Marketing to run campaign reporting for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). Support development and implementation campaign approaches to drive lead generation.
- Monitor budget allocation across marketing campaigns to achieve maximum impact of marketing spend.
- Stay up to date with B2B marketing, events and technology industry trends. Recommend new platforms and marketing campaign ideas to maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor data accuracy and lead qualification in the CRM, as well as integration of marketing platforms including Spanish Point Technologies website properties. Implement changes as required to support marketing campaign reporting needs.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- You will have at least 1-2 years of experience in technology related product and services marketing (events, digital and content marketing campaigns).
- Proven experience with SEO, landing page and conversion rate optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms including email marketing, CRM systems, website CMS and SEO management platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Semrush and other tracking tools.
- You will have excellent English language presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
- Previous experience working within a Microsoft partner ecosystem, SaaS, or B2B Marketing.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Familiarity with website CMS including Sitecore or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with email marketing including ClickDimensions or similar B2B automation and ecomms platforms.
- Demonstrable experience collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or Technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Support preparation of performance updates and commercial inputs for monthly meetings with VGI Brand Partners, including follow-up on action items

Key Role Requirements
- Degree in Business, Strategy, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline required
- 3+ years' experience in Financial Services or commercial industry preferable
- Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation skills required, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders, resulting in strong and positive outcomes

The Role:
Aran Woollen Mills have an exciting, fulltime opportunity for a Digital Marketing & Content Executive within our eCommerce and Marketing Department in Westport, Co Mayo.
The role holder will report to the eCommerce and Brand Manager and work with the wider Aran Woollen Mills team in assisting with marketing campaigns and digital development across the business.

Core Responsibilities:
- Support the eCommerce and Brand Manager in implementing a strategic online presence.
- Collaborate with the eCommerce and Brand Manager to build and execute a commercial digital marketing calendar.
- Design assets for both online and offline use, including social media, website, ad campaigns, point of sale materials, product tags, and brochures.
- Maintain and update website pages, ensuring regular content delivery across digital marketing channels.
- Work to develop and execute social media and email marketing strategies that drive online traffic and sales and strengthen brand identity.
- Contribute to the implementation of influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Liaise with trade customers to support campaigns and maintain regular communications.
- Work closely with the digital marketing agency to ensure efficient execution and management of marketing content.
- Stay informed on current social media platforms as well as emerging ones relevant to the target audience.
- Monitor industry trends and conduct ongoing competitor analysis.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and content across all digital and social media channels.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the eCommerce and Brand Marketing department.
- Follow direction, collaborate effectively within a team, and adhere to brand guidelines.
Skills Required:
- A thirdlevel qualification is desirable (a Bachelor's degree in eCommerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred).
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in retail and/or digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to the dynamic nature of the retail industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design is essential.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Indepth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, scheduling tools, and best practices across social media platforms.
- A selfstarter mindset with a proactive approach to generating engaging content.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of quality brand representation.
The role is based on a 40 hour week working Monday Friday 8.30am - 5pm based in Westport Industrial Park, Newport Road, Westport, Co. Mayo.
