+ ?Conceptualize, analyze, and develop graphical solutions for a range of medical devices. Solutions impact instructional media, device features, user interfaces, cartonartwork and beyond.

+ ?Work closely with functional area team and adjacent departments (Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Packaging Engineering, Product Safety, Clinical Sciences, Industrial Design, etc.) to influence instructional content and ensure it is conveyed properly. This includes involvement in usability testing.
+ ?Ability to communicate and collaborate globally including awareness of cultural differences and a sense of inclusiveness?
**Education and Training**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Art or relevant field of study.
+ AAS degree with demonstrated progressive relevant design experience preferably in healthcare, medical device, or other highly regulated industry.
+ 2 or more years design experience

+ ?Proficiency in design, multimedia software/applications including but not limited to Adobe Digital Publishing Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator

Monitor, analyse metrics and present data in clear formats for stakeholders. The ideal candidate will: Have Graphic Design and Digital Marketing qualifications/experience, preferably in the eCommerce sector. Have strong proficiency in using the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop). Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects would be an advantage. Strong product photography and Photoshop image editing skill set. Experience with digital advertising, including paid social media campaigns.
