What You'll Do:

As our new Senior Manager, Media Product & Playbook Owner (12-Month FTC) as part of our Digital Center of Excellence (DCoE), you will be responsible for introducing new capabilities to local market teams and ensuring they are effectively adopted and implemented correctly.

You will also partner closely with local media teams to gain a deep understanding of their media execution plans, validate the marketing mix, investment levels, and strategic assumptions, and act as a trusted advisor to support and guide market-level decision-making.

This position will be a 12 month contract for maternity leave cover.

Additional key responsibilities include :

  • Lead media planning across multiple markets, including the US, UK, Canada, Ireland, and Spain for both Ready-to-Drink (RTD) and Liquid Refreshing Beverages (LRB) portfolios.
  • Own the Media Ad Tech and 1st-Party Data (1PD) strategy for RTD and LRB, ensuring platforms and tools are optimized to drive media performance and data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish and lead a global Media community of practice, bringing together internal practitioners across countries and brands to share knowledge, define best practices, and align on what "great" looks like.
  • Act as a media thought leader, identifying which touchpoints (e.g. paid social, paid search, programmatic, affiliates) deliver the highest business impact, and build compelling business cases for continued investment.
  • Serve as product owner for media-related digital capabilities, defining strategic roadmaps and partnering with IT to shape the Media Ad Tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns (PPC, display, PMAX) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Oversee and grow the resort’s presence across major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Create engaging social media campaigns to showcase offers, events, and guest experiences.

Manage and update the resort’s website, ensuring content is optimised for SEO and user experience.

Produce compelling digital content across web, social, and email channels.

Lead targeted email marketing campaigns to build guest loyalty and attract new audiences.

Maintain accurate business listings across OTAs and partner sites.

Support brand development with fresh digital and print marketing collateral.

Track and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools to inform future strategy.

Keep ahead of digital trends, bringing innovative ideas to elevate the resort’s brand presence.

The Ideal Candidate

Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.

Proven track record in digital marketing, ideally within the luxury hospitality or lifestyle sector.

Strong knowledge of digital channels, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

WordPress experience (advantageous).

Creative thinker with strong design sensibility and brand awareness.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into results.

**Qualifications:**
Education:
· Bachelor's degree required
· MBA or equivalent strongly preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
· Three years of marketing or related experience with at least two years of marketing experience in the medical device sector
· Ability to construct global market models to estimate project value and select optimal projects amongst alternatives
· General understanding of basic financial metrics including NPV, Gross Profit, P&L statements and basic accounting
· Development of sales assets and collateral to articulate brand positioning and value proposition
· Co-development of commercial education plans to communicate product strategy to sales team
· Synthesis of customer requirements through qualitative and quantitative market research methods
· Ability to effectively communicate with customers (physicians) and internal stakeholders with demonstrated presentation skills
· Ability to champion product concepts and promote change through indirect influence
Preferred:
· Neurovascular experience strongly preferred
· Proficient in the application of generative AI models to enhance Marketing efficiency and effectiveness
· Experience with vascular medical devices
· Experience in development of full Net Present Value valuation models
· General working knowledge of quantitative marketing research tools including conjoint, NPS, max diff among others
· Global product launch experience

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 - $172,500
