Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Conversion
- Respond promptly to all incoming patient enquiries across phone, email, social media, and messaging platforms.
- Convert leads into appointments through clear communication, empathy, and professionalism.
- Track, manage, and organise leads systematically so no patient enquiry is missed or dropped.
- Patient Engagement
- Communicate the importance of oral health as part of general health and mental well-being.
- Follow up with patients post-appointment to encourage re-attendance and routine care (6–12 month recalls).
- Help foster loyalty by encouraging patients to see themselves as part of our clinic community.
- Performance & Feedback
- Monitor conversion rates and analyse why leads may not convert.
- Adapt approach based on patient feedback and guidance from management.

Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to (and ultimately lead) human clinical trials for ADM Health & Wellness
- Contribute to the successful publication of clinical research using ADM products and the dissemination of the results through conferences, congresses and seminars
- Become a subject matter expert in the field of microbiome clinical research
- Provide support in the review of adverse event reporting and in the development of safety dossiers across product lines
- Keep abreast of relevant industry and scientific developments
- Identify, develop and maintain Key Opinion Leader relationships and commercial opportunities
- Write and deliver high level scientific presentations to medical/scientific and commercial audiences.

- Support the clinic's luxury service standards and overall client journey
About You
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a medical or aesthetic reception role
- Strong knowledge of skincare and aesthetic treatments
- Confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Phorest is an advantage
- Highly organised with excellent multitasking abilities
- Proactive, professional, and solution-focused under pressure
- Passionate about delivering a 5-star client experience
