**The Job Role**
+ Meet, greet and direct Guests who enter the lobby area
+ Serve as the main point of contact for VIP Guests and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements
+ Seek verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis and respond to all Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
+ Serve as a point of contact for long-stay Guests of 14 days or longer ensuring they feel comfortable and can ask advice or information from Guest Relations

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Consults with People Business Partners, Managers, and Employees to provide guidance on the employee relations model and to facilitate the resolution of issues consistent with policies and practices
+ Handles performance, disciplinary, grievance, TUPE and termination issues for managers while following the appropriate case escalation and notification guidelines based on the subject matter. Ensure all documentation and full employee consultation is followed in line with local requirements and in line with policy
+ Handles all sickness cases with business leaders. including occupational health referrals, review meetings, capability reviews and required accommodations
+ Completes research from all available resources for due diligence to mitigate risk
+ Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching questions and exploring answers and alternative solutions, and consulting with others, as needed, prior to recommending appropriate actions
+ Sense of urgency and competency to handle emergency "One Breath" situations according to UHG protocols
+ Effectively and efficiently handles a call schedule from employees or managers
+ Provide analytic insights for the region, including the preparation of documentation for the leadership meetings and implementation of Service Now changes in the region
+ Audit responsibility ISO, WRC review, plan, and process improvement
+ Policy reviews and contribution for formation
+ Manager training on ER learning, trends and mitigation strategies
+ Manage escalated and complex cases for managers and employees and support sickness absence cases
+ Coaching and working with People Business Partners involving more senior level employees/leaders as needed
+ Workload through report monitoring and case assignments (for EMEA this can take up to one year to resolve)
+ Provide support and backup including, vendor management, facilitating team meetings, new hire and cross-functional training, and case management
+ Assist in identifying process improvements for process and policy, contributing to innovative solutions, and make recommendations regarding policies and procedures
+ Acts as a resource for others with less experience and provides analytical review and feedback

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Experience in employee relations
+ CIPD Level 7 qualified or CIPD Level 5 qualified but willing to study Level 7

**Preferred Qualifications of the Employee Relations Consultant:**
+ BS or BA Degree
+ Windows, Excel, Word, PeopleSoft skills
+ Consulting experience

Provide leadership and support to the HR Operations team to ensure operational excellence and labor compliance in all jurisdictions. About the role This is a dynamic workplace investigator role for which will involve the successful candidate working across a broad range of assignments in our Forensic & Investigation Services team. Responsibilities: Assisting in the conduct of Workplace, Protected Disclosure and Trust in Care investigations under the guidance and direction of a lead investigator, barrister, employee relations specialist and/or project manager. Arranging and attending interviews with Complainants, Respondents and witnesses. Preparing summaries of evidence, investigation reports, and related outputs to project managers for review. Supporting the end-to-end management and coordination of investigation processes. Contributing to other programmes of work such as training, recruitment and other HR projects. Supporting business development activities including the development of tender documents, marketing campaigns and delivering successful client pitches. Coaching and supporting more junior members of the team. Contributing to the financial and commercial management of the unit including forecasting, raising invoices, debtor management, WIP and budget management. About the ideal candidate The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: An appropriate third level qualification in a relevant business, HR and/or equivalent discipline. A post-graduate certificate or diploma in employment law is desirable but not essential. Experience in carrying out workplace investigations or protected disclosure investigations desirable but not essential. Ideally 1-2 years' experience in a HR role with some emphasis on employee relations and/or employment law. Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload. Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills. Experience in simultaneously delivering multiple assignments to a diverse client-base. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. **Minimum qualifications:**

**Responsibilities:**
+ Work with the relevant teams to ensure end-to-end delivery for our HR processes in Ireland.
+ Contribute to the deployment of high priority country focussed HR programs and initiatives, aligned to the country people plan.
+ Manage local employment policy and practices to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Solve for compliance matters and review local policies in the context of the market.
+ Work with the HR Compliance team, Process Ownership team, User Support team and the relevant COE teams on prioritizing and mitigating market related risks.
+ Support local labour relations management, including engaging with councils/work councils where applicable. Provide local context and advice on key HR related matters.
