**Detailed Description**
+ Conducts continuous inspections of all key process points in the automated manufacturing line in the facility and identifies abnormalities.
+ Makes necessary changes when issues are identified, to machinery and equipment, makes adjustments and implements the proper response, including notifying Supervisors.
+ Ensures the manufacture of quality product by following production policies & work instructions. Monitors and controls production process to ensure product is manufactured within specification. Maintains detailed and accurate records of material movement e.g. Travel sheets etc.
+ Assists in the completion of all line documentation (Start of Shift, Pass down records, Scrap Sheets, Downtime Logs, etc.) and communicates documentation changes, ensuring that this is done in the minimum lead-time.
+ Collects information relating to pass down meetings and communicates key information to colleagues or from one shift to the next
+ Supports training and mentoring of agency work force
+ Assists in planned downtimes such as P.M.'s, opportunistic PMs, engineering experiments etc.
