Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented Sr. Design Project Manager to lead global, design-focused projects across disciplines including: Industrial Design, CMF, UX, and Packaging. **Key Responsibilities:**
Design Project Management:
+ Manage end-to-end design projects, creating detailed plans that include scopes, timelines, budgets, and delivery frameworks.
+ Foster global partnerships across design, marketing, engineering, production, and other teams to align on project goals.
+ Adopt and integrate AI tools to automate tasks, improve planning, and optimize resource allocation.
+ Support the team's transition toward AI workflows, including training others on generative design tools and predictive analytics.
+ Maintain thorough documentation of workflows, deliverables, and learnings for future reference.
+ Assess project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and provide consistent updates to stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:
+ 5-10 years of Project/Program Management experience in tech or consumer products with proven experience managing design-centric projects (e.g., industrial design, packaging, CMF).
+ Proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana, Jira, Slack. Project management certifications, such as PMP or Agile Scrum preferred.
+ Solid understanding of design workflows and timelines, plus familiarity with design-thinking principles or innovation methodologies.
+ Knowledge of AI-enhanced project management workflows and experience in working with and integrating AI-driven tools (e.g., generative AI, predictive analytics) into projects.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills for managing global projects with tight timelines.
+ Exceptional communication skills for engaging diverse audiences and stakeholders.
+ Leadership skills to drive collaboration and alignment across cross-functional teams.

Graphic Designer - Part-Time (Clogheen, Co. Cork) We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established print and graphics company based in Clogheen, Co. Cork, for an experienced Graphic Designer. I have reviewed the role requirements, and our client is initially looking for a part-time designer, working 3-4 days per week (Monday to Thursday), totalling 24 hours. This position is paid at €15.00 per hour. This role will be offered on a temporary basis through us, starting as soon as possible, with work expected to continue until May/June 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality designs for flyers, catalogues, promotional materials, and signage. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and organise design jobs for production. Deliver projects on time and to a consistently high standard. Liaise effectively between clients and the production team, maintaining excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with onsite safety protocols. Maintain high standards of workmanship. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in graphic design, with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
