We are seeking skilled and proactive engineers with 2-3 years of experience to join our Global Network Operations Center (GNOC) team. The GNOC is our front-line for addressing physical network issues and operates 24x7x365 to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our physical network infrastructure. The team is responsible for performing data collection, triage, technical analysis, incident mitigation, and redirection as necessary to maintain and optimize operations.
Our primary objectives are:

**Responsibilities**
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
NOC Operations
+ Using existing procedures and tooling, develop and safely complete network changes
+ Mentor, onboard and train junior engineers

+ Hands-on working experience and proven troubleshooting skill in Juniper networking (switches, firewalls, MIST wifi), BGP, OSPF, network layer2 protocols and Aruba (formerly Silverpeak) SDWAN. Troubleshoot network issues, from routing issues to equipment failures.
+ Strong Juniper Mist AI Assurance know-how to streamline configuration management, automate troubleshooting and proactive network management.
+ Document network configurations, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities: Design and deliver technical solutions to customers in Cisco and Fortinet networking and security environments Be able to take design plans and implement into the infrastructure according to business and technical requirements.
Have a strong technical troubleshooting skill set and be able to research and develop solutions during project delivery Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
Technically manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
Coordinate with various stakeholders and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
