Overview
- The Load Balancer Operations Team is responsible for the entire lifecycle of the platform, including the Analysis, Patching, and Operational Support of all load balancer configurations at MasterCard.
- The primary responsibility of a Load Balancer Operations Analyst is ensuring infrastructure configurations and monitoring capabilities adhere to MasterCard standards, processes, availability requirements, and best practices.

Responsible for multiple aspects of life cycle of the load balancing platform, including the Monitoring, Patching, and Building of all load balancer configurations at MasterCard. As part of the Load Balancer Operations Team Engineers are engaged to help troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems in multiple aspects of the Mastercard Global Enterprise network. The primary responsibility of a Load Balancer Operations Engineer ensures infrastructure monitoring strategies adhere to MasterCard standards, processes, availability requirements, and best practices. Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional experience administering and implementing BIM programs and systems.
- 3+ years of working with Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our global tech team in Dublin, Ireland.
The **Senior Network Engineer** will be part of a Global team working on key Technology Infrastructure projects aligned with Global Business strategy, within agreed parameters of time. + Responsible for developing the overall Network architecture and integration across core Network systems such as Cisco, Fortinet, AWS, InfoBlox, R53 to meet requirements of Technology and Business stakeholders. Consolidate and integrate the various Network systems in use into a cohesive strategy.
+ Responsible technical lead on Network technologies - Working closely with other Technology teams including Project Management Office for completion of regional and global projects; ensuring Network requirements are represented in infrastructure projects; Ensure Network meets standard configuration, performance and availability requirements, including matching to the Enterprise and Strategic architectures; working as part of the Global Technology team to deliver the appropriate system architecture and infrastructure solutions to meet agreed business requirements; working within schedules, time estimates, and project plans for all deliverables; tracking own involvement for project milestones, identify problem areas before they impact the project.
+ Responsible for Operational support and maintenance of the Hertz Network infrastructure including performing L3/4 troubleshooting as required; Working closely with Hertz NOC for global support concerns; contributing to RCA analysis for major incidents; Ensuring proper maintenance coverage for all network systems. Provide guidance and operational support documentation to NOC and L1/L2 teams
+ Responsible for ensuring the Network infrastructure is built securely. Ensure mechanisms in place to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
+ Take a DevOps-first approach to Network configuration. Identify automation opportunities and put plans in place to implement them.
+ Responsible for evaluating Network performance and capacity to ensure that the business needs are met. Maintain relationships with all relevant vendors. Ensure compliance with all technology and application standards, including all relevant regulatory corporate compliance (PCI, SOX, HIPPA, GLBA, etc.); maintaining a service management attitude, promoting best practice throughout the technology team; ensuring Service Level Commitments are met and improvement opportunities are highlighted.
+ Responsible for providing regular communication of progress as required to management and stakeholders; ensure self-development plans are followed and training attended, when scheduled; coach new members of staff to ensure IT/ business expectations are met on a consistent basis; promoting existing and emerging technologies, to provide input on guidelines and roadmaps for future IT infrastructure developments.
+ Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior team members as appropriate.
**What We're Looking For:**

+ Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field
**_Experience & Skills_**
+ Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Network architecture and operations.
+ In-depth knowledge and experience in Networks, Routing and Firewalls, both on-premise and cloud hosted.
