**What you'll achieve**
As a new Accounting Analyst, candidates will be enrolled in Dell's Accounting Development Program (ADP). This unique, full-time rotational program is designed for entry-level accounting professionals who want to jump-start their career while developing their technical acumen, accounting and operational knowledge, and soft skills. ADP provides participants with a robust set of accounting experiences through three year-long rotations within the accounting organization, a technical curriculum, soft skills trainings, projects, international conferences, networking opportunities, career mentorship and support for professional certification.
Over the course of three years, participants in the ADP will rotate through three roles on varied accounting teams. This unique opportunity to see three distinct roles over three years, and work with a variety of accounting leaders, provides our participants with a broad network and the competitive edge necessary to excel throughout their careers. Potential rotations include corporate functions, Business/segment accounting, Dell Financial Services (DFS) and Operations functions.
In addition to the yearly rotations, ADP participants take part in a structured curriculum that further expands their finance and accounting technical knowledge, as well as develops soft skills such as presentation skills, leadership and building personal brand.

As a Graduate within our Development and Technical Services Department, you will have the opportunity to develop fundamental skills related to the manufacture of Oral Solid Dose Products including drug product formulation and process development, Quality by Design (QbD), oversight of GMP drug product manufacturing, global regulatory requirements and the application of operation excellence methodologies to problem solving and process improvement projects.
The role offers potential development opportunities to the candidate in the following related functions: Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Validation.
**Key Responsibilities**
The successful candidate will rotate into key areas, building responsibility and experience in the below:
+ Supports the technical transfer of new products to site.
+ Contributes to the completion of all technical support activities related to maintaining commercial product supplies.
+ Contributes to and may lead complex processes across functions and interacts effectively with the other team members to ensure product meets regulatory, performance and cost requirements.
+ Contributes to and may lead technical investigations of process deviations and assessment of their impact on product quality.
