Due to the recent business expansion, we are currently recruiting for a C License Truck Driver role. This position will consist of a multi-drop deliveries in and around Dublin nightly, 5 days a week.

Job Summary:

• Night Delivery Run – in and around Dublin
• 5-day working week
• Loading the Truck from the staging area - Which may include some heavy lifting
• Multi-drop delivery service at night
• Ensure all parcels are dropped in the correct location in a safe place

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Checks & Compliance

• Conduct daily walk-around checks using the Total Check app, promptly identifying and reporting defects.
• Ensure the truck and trailer comply with RSA and CPC regulations.
• Follow all legal and safety requirements for professional truck driving. Driving & Operations
• Transport goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all road laws and company policies.
• Handle different types of work, including container transport, hazardous goods, curtain-side, and supermarket deliveries using a fridge and tail lift.
• Maintain high driving standards, ensuring fuel-efficient and damage-free operations.
• Ensure cargo is properly secured to prevent shifting, damage, or safety hazards during transit. Communication & Reporting
• Maintain clear and professional communication with the transport team regarding schedules, delays, or any issues.
• Report any vehicle damages, delays, or operational issues immediately. POD Management & Documentation
• Ensure all deliveries have a valid, signed, and dated Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and electronic records. Health, Safety & Cleanliness
• Adhere to all health and safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Maintain truck cleanliness inside and out, ensuring compliance with food-grade container standards where required. Professional Conduct
• Represent the company with respect, honesty, transparency, and professionalism.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
