Job Description
The ADON - Assistant Director of Nursing assumes responsibility for directing and coordinating the management of the nursing home, maintaining a high standard of residential care and activities. Working alongside the Director of Nursing (DON), the ADON supports and assists in managing all staff to uphold the standards set by the Nursing Home.
