Regularly take part in staff coaching and evaluations.RequirementsPossess at least three years' worth of experience caring for elderly patients within the previous six years. Possess at least seven years of post-registration experience.Be well-versed in the regulations and the activities of regulatory inspections of residential care facilities. Own a management third-level qualification. Effectively manage one's own workload while being able to adapt quickly to new demands. Possess the ability to reach goals, influence people, and create positive relationships. Encourage the clinical area to adopt a culture and ethos of quality assurance by working with the director of nursing to define and set benchmarks and KPIs. Become a General Nurse Registered. When needed, be able to work flexible hours.
