**Essential Responsibilities**
+ _Customer & End-user Sales Visits_ : Prioritize and lead visits to key direct customers and end users, to position pharmaceutical packaging products, promote sales and gather market intelligence.
+ _Advisor's role on packaging materials_ : Network with key Pharmaceutical stakeholders in the areas Packaging Development, Drug Formulation, Packaging Operations, Supply Chain and Marketing departments and provide advice, help resolve problems, overcome obstacles specific to packaging material.
+ _Market Analysis_ : Compile information from internal and public information sources to identify attractive customers and applications. Support new product development activities with pharmaceutical market research by conducting customer interviews, attending industry events to understand unmet customer needs. + _New Customer Acquisition_ : Utilize market research to identify, prioritize and win new customers as well as position new products to customers in the pharmaceutical industry.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
+ Bachelor degree in Business and/or Science or Engineering
+ Relevant experience in Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing Operations, R&D Operations or related technically complex industries (B2B) is a must
+ A minimum of 5+ years total business experience in primary packaging materials, background or experience in selling/purchasing/marketing in the pharmaceutical and/or medical industry
+ Experience in pharmaceutical drug stability, drug formulation, excipients, drug delivery systems, contract research, packaging design and/or drug dossier development
+ Significant, demonstrated expertise in developing and nurturing relationships with new customers
+ Strong executive presence, interpersonal communication and presentation skills
+ Excellent negotiation skills with sound business judgment
+ Critical thinking skills and analytical abilities to allow the candidate to quickly assess situations and opportunities
+ Problem solving abilities and passion
+ Ability to work within a multi-functional, global team structure and motivate team members and peers with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
