**Bank Nurse - Renal Dialysis Unit**
Are you an **NMBI Registered Nurse with extensive experience in Renal Nursing** looking for a role where no two days are the same and the hours suit your lifestyle?
**What does the role involve?**
You will be working autonomously, responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of care for dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.
This is a zero hour role depending on business need and covering days from Monday to Saturday between 7.00am to 6.30pm. The rate of pay is 23.00 per hour.

Coordinate the quality and safety system including all aspects of clinical risk management and resident involvement. Participate in coaching and appraisal of staff on a regular basis In consultation with HR, participate in grievance and disciplinary activities Coordinate, roster and manage staff in conjunction with the senior management team in the Home Lead by example a professional, punctual and dedicated team. Participate in the development of policies and standards. Qualifications / Requirement: 3 years post-registration experience in a nursing home environment in the last 6 years.
