**About the role:**
The Compliance & Risk Officer is responsible for overseeing UKG's global payroll function to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines. This individual contributor position involves assessing and mitigating payroll risks, developing compliance policies and procedures, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance payroll processes and systems.
It is a hybrid position with 3 days a week in our Dublin (WeWork - 2 Dublin Landings) or Kilkenny (IDA Business & Technology Park) office and 2 days a week working from home.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure payroll practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Responsible for managing overall SOC-1 business control framework and relevant aspects of the SOC-2 and ISO framework.
- Review and continuously improve our control SOC controls, implementing new controls that add value to our processes and our customers and training Operations teams.
- Driving the automation of our controls to ensure continuous improvement in compliance and reporting.
- Manage internal and external audit process.
- Coordination with CIO to manage dependencies between IT and Business Controls.
- Coordination with centralized Enterprise Risk, Compliance and Legal teams to manage dependencies and proactively mitigate risk
- Monitor changes in legislation affecting payroll and work with the business and legal teams implement necessary adjustments.
- Drive and support the monitoring and tracking of client funds, to ensure clear visibility re status of funds in flight.
- Develop and oversee enhanced processes in relation to receipting, reporting and risk management in respect of client funds.
- Identify and implement other compliance and control frameworks that drive value to our customers and the OneView organisation.
- Continuous assessment, management and reporting on key risks on OneView Operations Risk Register.
- Develop and maintain payroll compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Identify, analyze, and assess payroll risks, including fraud prevention.
- Implement controls and processes to minimize payroll-related risks.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of payroll processes and systems.
- Prepare and present payroll compliance reports to senior management.
- Lead investigations into payroll discrepancies or compliance issues.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness within the payroll department.
- Facilitate training sessions on payroll compliance for internal stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll risk and compliance for the organization.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in risk, compliance and internal controls management in the payroll industry or similar.
- Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws is preferred.
- Experience in implementing payroll compliance programs and conducting audits is preferred.

+ You will perform client refresh/remediation through the review of client documentation, vendor databases and data entered into proprietary systems to ensure all requirements are met.
+ You will participate in internal/external audits and quality checks.

The AWS RI Operations Team is in need of a driven, analytical, and process-oriented individual to own the creation and processing of Reservation Product transaction requests. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who is excited to escalate systemic issues, identify opportunities for improvement, has experience meeting strict SLAs, is comfortable working from a ticket queue, and has a passion for accuracy.
Key job responsibilities
- Process and audit Reservation Product transactions such as: cancellations, purchases, migrations, and modifications while adhering to Legal, Security, and Compliance requirements
- Occasionally act as escalation point for Reservation Product requests and issues
- Investigate data discrepancies, quickly establish root causes, and propose appropriate solutions
- Vocally self-critical to allow for self-correction of errors
- Communicate effectively across all related channels to ensure transparency of process
- Occasionally retrieve and evaluate data using Excel and other data management/BI systems

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant professional experience (e.g. Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Compliance)
- Experience working a queue of requests and meeting SLAs
- Proficient in Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLookups) Effective verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- This role requires you to be a national of an EU member state
Preferred Qualifications
- Functional experience using quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills
- Existing knowledge of AWS Reservation Products and tooling

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of key operational areas such as planning, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, and quality, and will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to support, design, and implement effective digital solutions. Experience with Oracle EBS is preferred but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support for ERP and related operations systems (WMS, MES, QMS, SRM), including issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution. Collaborate with business process owners to gather, analyze, and document requirements across operations functions (planning, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, quality). Help prepare user documentation, training materials, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Troubleshoot operational system issues and contribute to their resolution. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a business analyst or IT functional analyst role within manufacturing or supply chain environments. Solid understanding of operations processes: planning, procurement, production, logistics, and quality. Experience with ERP systems implementation or support (Oracle EBS is a plus). Knowledge of operations applications such as WMS, MES, SRM, QMS. Familiarity with systems integration concepts and data flows between applications. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Basic knowledge of project management principles, including understanding of project phases, deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional coordination. Overview
- The Load Balancer Operations Team is responsible for the entire lifecycle of the platform, including the Analysis, Patching, and Operational Support of all load balancer configurations at MasterCard.

As part of the Load Balancer Operations Team Engineers are engaged to help troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems in multiple aspects of the Mastercard Global Enterprise network. The Senior Analyst - Deal Desk Operations will serve as a hands-on deal strategist for EMEA & APAC, driving the successful execution of complex and non-standard deals. This role is responsible for bringing all designated stakeholders together to gain alignment, ensuring deals move forward efficiently and effectively.
As a trusted advisor to the sales organization, the Senior Analyst will analyze, structure, and facilitate deals to ensure they are commercially sound, compliant with company policies, profitable, and aligned with SOX regulations. Acting as the bridge between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations, the Senior Analyst will play a central role in streamlining and automating approval processes, including thresholds, approver roles, approval routing, workflow design, and exception handling. You will lead deal structuring across all relevant functions, driving deals to completion while maintaining governance, compliance, and operational rigor. This role demands a combination of commercial acumen, process expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve timely, accurate, and compliant deal execution.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Analyze, structure, and facilitate complex and non-standard deals to ensure compliance, profitability, and alignment with company policies.
+ Lead deal structuring across all relevant functions, ensuring offers are executable by Finance, Legal, and Operations.

**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of five years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Pricing with proven success in structuring complex deals.
