Your role & responsibilities
- Monitoring of Intraday inward funds processing streams
- Performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Proactive trouble shooting in new and existing markets
- Clarification of client / front office instructions
- Handover and receipt of Operations activities within Currenxie group
- Monitoring client beneficiary instructions within our validation engine
- Monitoring and interacting with outward payment processing flows when required within our payments engine
- Supporting stakeholders in responding to Payment enquiries, Requests for Information, and investigations
- Exceptions management for all non-standard transactions
- Assist the trading team with international treasury management
- Support Operations projects, processes, and initiatives
Your skills and experience
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in payment operations or settlement roles in Europe, preferably within fintech, financial services, and/or banking
- Knowledge of EU, EEA, and global payment systems would be a plus
- Detail-oriented with a strong delivery mindset
- Able to independently complete deliverables with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with uncertainties and challenges
- Enjoys working within a multi-jurisdictional and lean team with high flexibility

ABP Food Group is seeking to recruit a Treasury Operations Analyst to join the Group Treasury team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic individual to join ABP Food Group during a time of growth. The Treasury Operations Analyst will support the Treasurer in delivering the financing strategy of the Group, liquidity management, and interest rate and foreign exchange exposure management.

Complete new account onboarding requirements.
Execute day-to-day treasury transactions, including payments/transfers.
Initiate any required manual payments on the banking portals and follow up with authorisers to ensure payments are approved in advance of payment cut-off times.
Record all required transactions on Salmon/ Treasury Management System (TMS) including funds transfers and any adjustments to forward contracts (e.g. to reflect receipt of currency funds).
Bank reconciliations of all Treasury/Finance bank accounts ensuring all transactions are recorded on Salmon.
Key all static data additions/updates as required on Salmon.
Support all systems implementation, including testing any changes in test environment, recommending any changes needed and working to deliver any required change within agreed timelines.
Confirm all FX and deposit trades with bank counterparties on the day of the trade, ensuring trade detail matches what is recorded on Salmon.
Agree all FX netting values with bank counterparties.
Liaise with financial controllers to complete month end reconciliation of Salmon / Treasury month end cash position per bank accounts and Solver Cash at Bank position.
Management of treasury risks and operation of controls in accordance with Group Treasury policy.
Develop and maintain treasury procedures in accordance with the Group Treasury Policy,
Support the management of key banking relationships, following up as required to ensure ABP requests are dealt with in a timely manner.
Leverage the treasury management system to improve the quality and timeliness of management information reporting.
