**About the role:**
The Compliance & Risk Officer is responsible for overseeing UKG's global payroll function to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines. This individual contributor position involves assessing and mitigating payroll risks, developing compliance policies and procedures, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance payroll processes and systems.
It is a hybrid position with 3 days a week in our Dublin (WeWork - 2 Dublin Landings) or Kilkenny (IDA Business & Technology Park) office and 2 days a week working from home.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure payroll practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Responsible for managing overall SOC-1 business control framework and relevant aspects of the SOC-2 and ISO framework.
- Review and continuously improve our control SOC controls, implementing new controls that add value to our processes and our customers and training Operations teams.
- Driving the automation of our controls to ensure continuous improvement in compliance and reporting.
- Manage internal and external audit process.
- Coordination with CIO to manage dependencies between IT and Business Controls.
- Coordination with centralized Enterprise Risk, Compliance and Legal teams to manage dependencies and proactively mitigate risk
- Monitor changes in legislation affecting payroll and work with the business and legal teams implement necessary adjustments.

- Develop and oversee enhanced processes in relation to receipting, reporting and risk management in respect of client funds.
- Identify and implement other compliance and control frameworks that drive value to our customers and the OneView organisation.
- Continuous assessment, management and reporting on key risks on OneView Operations Risk Register.
- Develop and maintain payroll compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Identify, analyze, and assess payroll risks, including fraud prevention.
- Implement controls and processes to minimize payroll-related risks.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of payroll processes and systems.
- Prepare and present payroll compliance reports to senior management.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant professional experience (e.g. Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Compliance)
- Experience working a queue of requests and meeting SLAs
- Proficient in Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLookups) Effective verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

Overview
- The Load Balancer Operations Team is responsible for the entire lifecycle of the platform, including the Analysis, Patching, and Operational Support of all load balancer configurations at MasterCard.
- The primary responsibility of a Load Balancer Operations Analyst is ensuring infrastructure configurations and monitoring capabilities adhere to MasterCard standards, processes, availability requirements, and best practices.

Responsible for multiple aspects of life cycle of the load balancing platform, including the Monitoring, Patching, and Building of all load balancer configurations at MasterCard. As part of the Load Balancer Operations Team Engineers are engaged to help troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems in multiple aspects of the Mastercard Global Enterprise network. The primary responsibility of a Load Balancer Operations Engineer ensures infrastructure monitoring strategies adhere to MasterCard standards, processes, availability requirements, and best practices. Requires a deep understanding of load balancer hardware, networking, security and tools used to monitor, test and evaluate those technologies. This is a "hands on" role that is responsible for leading troubleshooting sessions and driving these sessions to resolution. The Senior Analyst - Deal Desk Operations will serve as a hands-on deal strategist for EMEA & APAC, driving the successful execution of complex and non-standard deals. This role is responsible for bringing all designated stakeholders together to gain alignment, ensuring deals move forward efficiently and effectively.
As a trusted advisor to the sales organization, the Senior Analyst will analyze, structure, and facilitate deals to ensure they are commercially sound, compliant with company policies, profitable, and aligned with SOX regulations. Acting as the bridge between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations, the Senior Analyst will play a central role in streamlining and automating approval processes, including thresholds, approver roles, approval routing, workflow design, and exception handling. You will lead deal structuring across all relevant functions, driving deals to completion while maintaining governance, compliance, and operational rigor. This role demands a combination of commercial acumen, process expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve timely, accurate, and compliant deal execution.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Analyze, structure, and facilitate complex and non-standard deals to ensure compliance, profitability, and alignment with company policies.
+ Lead deal structuring across all relevant functions, ensuring offers are executable by Finance, Legal, and Operations.

**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of five years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Pricing with proven success in structuring complex deals.
