Pay range
Starting at €15.00 per hour Grade 1 
- Grade 2 €6.00 per hour - after 6 months & successful completion of training
 - Grade 3 .70 per hour - after a further 6 months & successful completion of training on the line & Line Lead duties.

 - Plan and prepare for daily production, including staffing, materials, line setup, and specifications.
 - Operate machinery efficiently, including start-ups and changeovers, following SOPs.
 - Monitor and maintain product quality.
 - Achieve daily production targets.
 - Analyse performance, downtime, and rejects; identify and report root causes.
 - Organise and lead the team daily, ensuring effective communication and task delegation.
 - Train and support new operators; coordinate ongoing training needs.
 - Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time, including labour capture and daily reports.
 - Maintain audit-ready work areas and ensure housekeeping standards are met.
 - Report engineering issues promptly and document them using work requests.
