You will be responsible for working closely with developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction. You will be responsible for drafting requirements documents, Application Support Documents, User Manuals and associated Training Materials. You will conduct walkthroughs of all documents with stakeholders, obtaining appropriate sign-off. You will be responsible for reporting progress to a Project Manager and escalating issues or risks that may arise. Management of small projects or various ad-hoc initiatives such as testing, system validations or short-notice business changes will be required.
