About the role Join our dynamic HR Technology team within Deloitte's Human Capital practice and help define the Future of Work. Our Human Capital practice is renowned for providing distinctive depth and breadth of HR and Organisational Transformation services to clients undertaking complex major programmes. As a member of the HR Technology Workday team, you will work on client-facing projects focused on transforming the HR function through the delivery of enabling technology. Our clients work with us because of our proven capability across organisational design, new HR technology deployments, and HR Service Delivery Models. We believe successful transformation and change is only possible when these elements are viewed holistically and are therefore seeking new members of the HR Technology Workday team who can work across the technical aspects of our projects and contribute towards the end-to-end HR Transformation ambitions of our clients. Specific Responsibilities: Design, build and support testing of Workday custom applications based on client application requirements, incorporating functional, security, technical, performance, quality, and operations consideration through to deployment Lead client discovery and design assessment sessions to creatively implement the client requirements by leveraging Workday functionality, with primary focus on Workday extend, prism and integration Lead and contribute to Deloitte's Extend EMEA practice to optimise our development approach and build capabilities within the team Build and review technical designs that are consistent, maintainable, flexible and efficient Explain complex concepts in simple terms and understanding client procedures Have an innovative mindset where you are curious about how things work and love solving complex business requirements About you Experience with custom application development platforms Extensive knowledge of web service technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and authentication and authorization methods (OAuth, JWT, WS-Security, SAML, X.509, etc.) Experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams A problem-solver, with a passion for delivering outstanding levels of client service Experience implementing Platform-as-a-Service and/or custom web applications If you believe that you meet most of the criteria above, we encourage you to apply. + Manage local employment policy and practices to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Solve for compliance matters and review local policies in the context of the market.
+ Work with the HR Compliance team, Process Ownership team, User Support team and the relevant COE teams on prioritizing and mitigating market related risks.
+ Support local labour relations management, including engaging with councils/work councils where applicable. Provide local context and advice on key HR related matters.
