This role is about leading from the frontmotivating a team of 10 production operatives in a fast-moving, high-variation manufacturing environment. Its not about mass production; its about structure, flexibility, and a people-first mindset. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and support a production team to deliver daily targets. Communicate clearly through daily briefings and regular team updates. Coach team members to stay engaged and productive, even during changeovers or downtime. Monitor performance and address issues promptly and fairly. Work cross-functionally with planning and maintenance to ensure smooth operations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and positive team engagement. Lead by examplehands-on when needed, always approachable. Experience: Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or high-mix production setting. Strong communication skillsyoure clear, calm, and confident. Ability to get the best out of people and handle tough conversations with fairness. A structured, proactive approach to scheduling, process flow, and performance management. Comfortable using standard PC tools (Word, Excel); mechanically minded a plus. Reliable, honest, and ready to grow with a company on the move.

+ Writing/providing input for operating procedures
+ Computer data inputting
